Objectives:1.Evaluate the clinical effect of moxibustion therapy on dysmenorrhea;2.Explain the principle of moxibustion therapy for dysmenorrhea and provide scientific basis.Methods:60 patients were arranged into No.1-60 according to the order of treatment.The odd number was the treatment group and the even number was the control group with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture for 3 menstrual cycles,and selected the upper point of small intestine,the lower point of small intestine,the front point of bladder and the Neihuaishang point,Zusanli point The treatment was started one day before the menstruation,and the treatment lasted for 5 days.The treatment group selected an upper point of small intestine,the lower point of small intestine,the front point of bladder and the Neihuaishang point,Zusanli point every time to do ginger separated moxibustion for three AiZhuang acupoints on the basis of the treatment method of the control group.the control group and the treatment group were the same as the treatment time and each for three menstrual cycles.Before and after the treatment,the symptoms,signs and vas value were observed and analyzed.All the data was statistically analyzed and represented by P.The recurrence rate of dysmenorrhea was analyzed by follow-up observation 3 months after the treatment.Results:1.Comparison of the total effective rate of Mongolian medical symptoms between the two groups:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.7%.Dealing with statistics,there was significant difference between the two groups(X2=10.1632,P<0.01);2.Comparison of main symptom scores of Mongolian medicine before and after treatment in the two groups:Intra group comparison,there were significant differences in lower abdominal pain,facial whiteness and anal pain between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,there were differences in the total score of lower abdominal pain between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total score of facial whiteness and anal pain(P>0.05);3.Comparison of main symptom scores of Mongolian medicine before and after treatment in the two groups:Intra group comparison,there were significant differences in sweating,nausea and vomiting,limb cooling and lumbosacral pain before and after treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the total score of lower abdominal pain symptoms was different between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no difference between the total score of facial whiteness and anal pain symptoms(P<0.05);4.Comparison of vas value between two groups before and after treatment:Intra group comparison,the vas value of treatment group and control group was different between before and after treatment,which was statistically significant(t treatment group=8.163,P<0.05;t control group-7.180,P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,the vas value of the treatment group decreased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);5.Comparison of recurrence rate between two groups:The recurrence rate was 16.7%in the treatment group within 3 months after treatment,and that of the control group was 36.7%.There was difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Mongolian medicine moxibustion has a significant effect on the main symptoms of dysmenorrhea caused by BaDaGan and HeYi,lower abdominal pain and secondary symptoms,cold limbs,and lumbosacral pain symptoms;2.Mongolian medicine moxibustion treats dysmenorrhea by inhibiting HeYi,regulating stomach fire,improving turbid metabolism,regulating voxel,strengthening body and other functions;3.Mongolian medicine moxibustion has a significant effect on the treatment of dysmenorrhea caused by BaDaGan and HeYi,and its relapse has a controlling effect;4.Mongolian medicine moxibustion is widely used in the treatment of dysmenorrhea caused by BaDaGan and HeYi because of its easy to master,simple method of use,no side effects,and rapid onset of action.
