Research On The Service Mode Of "Part-time Social Worker" In Small And Medium-sized Private Medical And Nursing Institutions

With the deepening of the aging degree in China,the government constructs the top-level design and comprehensively implements the mode of medical and nursing combined with the elderly service,but the problems faced by different regions in the implementation of the policy are quite different.Due to the lack of resources,low social credibility and poor satisfaction of the elderly,some private institutions try to dig from the inside and make use of the existing resources to ensure the development of institutions.Taking the apartment of J medical endowment as an example,this paper studies this phenomenon by using interview method and observation method,and discusses the development path of social work in private medical endowment combined with endowment institution.The development process of social work in private medical and nursing institutions is closely related to the development and growth of the institutions.In the early stage of solving the needs of the elderly,"part-time social workers" who have the value of social work and master certain knowledge and skills of social work are advocated to use the social work concept and skills in the service,which basically forms a mode of "part-time social workers".This study summarizes the endogenous model,and discusses its structure,operation mechanism,service status and achievements.It is concluded that the model of "part-time social worker" has achieved effective value and results in operation,but it still faces the problems of the part-time social worker’s role conflict,the low level of service provision,and the low degree of professional recognition of the institution and the public.From the perspective of solving the dilemma of "part-time social worker" service mode,the development of this service mode still has great room for improvement.With the combination of medical and nursing institutions to strengthen internal management and effectively improve service quality,and external publicity to improve social reputation,the survival pressure of the institutions has been effectively alleviated.In this process,the service mode of "part-time social worker" has also changed to three trends:part-time,full-time and external purchase.But in general,the application of social work in medical and nursing institutions and the continuous optimization of policies are the fundamental measures to promote the better development of social work in pension institutions.
