Study On The Feasibility And Risk Control Of The Mode Of Combining Medical Care With Old-age Care In S Public Hospital In Anhui Province

At present,China is the country with the largest elderly population in the world,which is in the rapid development stage of aging.The ability of family care for the aged is gradually weakened.The difference between medical care responsibility and daily care of the elderly,as well as the current high incidence of major diseases,acute diseases and chronic diseases among the elderly,continuous and long-term medical expenditures have caused an increase in medical costs,make endowment problem increasingly prominent in China.Continuity and long-term health spending has caused the increase of medical costs,make endowment problem increasingly prominent in our country,the reason for the unmet need for medical care and daily care for the elderly is that the existing state of pension is to separate medical care from maintenance,this phenomenon has led to changes in the pension and medical systems in an independent state.Under the dual dilemma of the rapidly aging population and the unmet medical care needs in the process of Provide for the aged,the social old-age service mode that combines medical care with nursing care is not only an innovative way to solve the needs of old-age care and medical service,but also a new expectation for the redistribution of the existing old-age care mechanism and the internal resources of the medical mechanism in China.The social old-age service mode that combines medical care with old-age care is an innovation of the original isolated mode of simple medical treatment and old-age care,which effectively integrates the two kinds of social service resources.This mode is the main work to promote the development of pension service industry in the 13 th Five-year plan period in China.Based on the existing theoretical research and results,this paper discusses the research significance and background of this paper.The mode of combining medical care with nursing care is not an independent old-age care mode of two kinds of resources,but an organic integration of medical care and old-age care resources through the optimal allocation of resources to achieve the goal of old-age care for the health of the elderly.Taking S public hospital in Anhui province as an example,the background,feasibility,necessity and urgency of its new endowment project are introduced.Furthermore,it furtheranalyzes the overall restrictive dilemma that Anhui S public hospital integrated medical care project may face,and draws on the practical experience at home and abroad to put forward a feasible plan to promote the continuous development of integrated medical care and elderly care services in public hospitals.This paper believes that the feasible Suggestions include three aspects: First,do a good job in the top-level design,improve the relevant policies and systems;The second is to define the market positioning,change the traditional concept of old-age care;The third is to establish long-term mechanism and optimize supporting measures.To achieve a scientific combination of elderly care services and medical resources,to meet the needs of the elderly personalized pension,promote healthy aging and healthy Anhui province.
