Objective:To summarize the clinical and histopathological features of actinic keratosis(AK)and Bowen's disease in our hospital and improve the diagnosis rate. Methods:The clinical and histopathological data of actinic keratosis and Bowen's disease were analyzed retrospectively from January 1,2014 to December 31,2018.The basic data, the number of cases, the trend of annual incidence, the age distribution of the disease, the course of disease, the location of skin lesions, and the coincidence rate of clinical and pathological diagnosis were analyzed.Results:1.The number of AK patients was 93(male 30,female 63),and the ratio of male to female was about 1:2.The number of female patients was higher than that of male. The minimum age of AK was 47 years old and the maximum was 90 years old.The average age of AK was 69.9 years old,and 98%of them were>50 years old.The average annual course of AK is 3.7 years.2.There were 62 cases of Bowen's disease(28 males and 34 females). The ratio of male to female was about 1:1.2.The minimum age of Bowen's disease was 27 years old and the maximum age was 88 years old.The average age of Bowen's disease was 61.3 years old,of which 77%were over 50 years old.The average annual course of Bowen's disease is 5 years.3.The annual incidence of AK and Bowen's disease increased gradually.4.AK is prone to head and face,Bowen's disease is prone to trunk and limbs,z test analysis AK and Bowen's disease are prone to exposure and non exposure, with statistical difference(Z?1.96)5.The most common histopathological types of AK are hypertrophic and atrophic.6.The coincidence rate of AK clinical diagnosis and histopathological diagnosis was 54%,and that of Bowen disease clinical diagnosis and histopathological diagnosis was 50%.The clinical diagnosis of AK and Bowen's disease is easily confused with seborrheic keratosis(SK),basal cell carcinoma(BCC)and squamous cell carcinoma(SCC)..Conclusion:1.The incidence rate of 1.AK and Bowen's disease increased year by year. With the age of 50 years old,the incidence rate increases with age.2.The number of women suffering from AK is higher than that of men,and the ratio of men to women is about 1:2.There is no direct relationship between gender and Bowen's disease.3.AK is prone to hair on the head and face.Bowen's disease is more common in non exposed areas(trunk,perineum).4.The most common histopathologic types of AK are hypertrophic and atrophic.5.The coincidence rate of AK clinical diagnosis and histopathological diagnosis was 54%;the coincidence rate of Bowen disease clinical diagnosis and histopathological diagnosis was 50%.6.The clinical diagnosis of AK and Bowen's disease is easily confused with SK,BCC and SCC.
