Objective:As one of the most frequent malignant tumors in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, the incidence of nasal and paranasal sinuses malignant tumors is increasing gradually, which seriously endangers the life and health of patients. At present, there are many pathological types of nasal and paranasal sinuses malignant tumors, but the clinical manifestations, treatment methods and prognosis of different pathological types are different. For this, this article will analysis in recent 10 years the nasal and paranasal sinuses malignant tumors' histopathological classification, the characteristics of the proposed to investigate the nasal malignant tumors overall high age and high-risk sex, high incidence of pathologic type and its' in different ages, different sex, different time period whether high-risk pathological type,The purpose of this study was to summarize the disease spectrum of pathological classification of malignant tumor of nasal cavity and sinus, analyze the high-risk group of patients with malignant tumor of nasal cavity and sinus and the pathological types with high incidence, and provide the basis, direction and thinking for clinical prevention and treatment. Methods:Clinical data of patients with malignant tumor of nasal and paranasal sinus treated in a hospital during the 10 years from January 2009 to December 2011 were collected, and the age?sex?admission time and pathological type of tumor of each patient were counted. The proportion of various pathological types collected at different ages, genders and hospital admission times was calculated respectively, and the top five pathological types were successively excluded. And the SPSS 19.0 software was used for statistical treatment. Results:In this study,a total of 463 patients with nasal and paranasal sinuses malignant tumorswere collected, and the overall pathological types of the disease spectrum are as follows:squamous cell carcinoma(32.8%),adenoid cystic carcinoma(13.5%),oleal neuroblastoma(8.8%),melanoma(8.0%),and adenocarcinoma(6.0%).308 were male patients, accounting for 66.5 percent of the total, and 155 female patients, accounting for 33.5 percent. The ratio of male patients to female patients was 1.98:1.The number of male patients was nearly twice that of female patients. As for male patients, the pathological types in the top 5 were:squamous cell carcinoma(36.4%),adenoid cystic carcinoma(11.7%),olfactory neuroblastoma(11.0%),adenocarcinoma(6.2%),neuroendocrine carcinoma and rhabdomyosarcoma were tied for fifth(4.9%each).The top 5 most common pathological types in female patients were:squamous cell carcinoma(23.9%),adenoid cystic carcinoma(17.5%),melanoma(15.6%),rhabdomyosarcoma(7.1%),adenocarcinoma(5.8%).From 2009 to 2013,there were 183 patients with nasal and paranasal sinuses malignant tumors, accounting for 39.5 percent of the total,The top 5 pathological types were:squamous cell carcinoma(33.3%),adenoid cystic carcinoma(14.3%),olfactory neuroblastoma(12.7%),melanoma(6.0%),neuroendocrine carcinoma and rhabdomyosarcoma were tied for fifth(4.9%each).From 2014 to 2018,280 patients with nasal and paranasal sinuses malignant tumors were diagnosed, accounting for 60.5 percent. The top 5 pathological types were:squamous cell carcinoma(31.4%),adenoid cystic carcinoma(13.2%),melanoma(9.3%),adenocarcinoma(7.5%),rhabdomyosarcoma(6.1%);The ratio of the number of patients from 2009 to 2013 and 2014 to 2018 was about 0.65:1,and the number of patients with nasal and paranasal sinuses malignant tumor nearly doubled in the past five years. The prevalence rate of malignant melanoma of nasal cavity and sinus also increased.Malignant tumors of the nasal and paranasal sinuses often occur between 41 and 60 years old,and the pathological types in the top 5 were:Squamous cell carcinoma(76 cases),adenoid cystic carcinoma(43 cases),adenocarcinoma(15 cases),melanoma(14 cases),neuroendocrine carcinoma(13 cases); In children and adolescents, rhabdomyosarcoma is more common, especially rhabdomyosarcoma. Conclusions:The spectrum of pathological types of malignant tumors in nasal cavity and sinus is complex and diverse.and the high incidence of nasal and paranasal sinuses malignant tumors varies among patients of different genders and ages.Malignant tumors of nasal cavity and sinus were more common in male, and the pathological types such as squamous cell carcinoma, adenoid cystic carcinoma, olfactory neuroblastoma, melanoma and adenocarcinoma were more common. All age groups have the disease, but the age group of 41-60 years old is the high-risk group of nasal and nasal sinus malignant tumors, which is mainly characterized by squamous cell carcinoma, adenoid cystic carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, melanoma, neuroendocrine carcinoma and other pathological types.Squamous cell carcinoma, adenoid cystic carcinoma are still frequently found in nasal and paranasal sinuses malignant tumors,However, the incidence rate of melanoma has gradually increased in the past five years, which needs to be paid more attention to.
