Purpose:Through the investigation and research, the relationship between the bone density of primary school students and exercise, diet and living habits is obtained,so as to demonstrate the influence of exercise, diet and living habits on the bone density of primary school students, which to a certain extent provides certain theoretical basis and suggestions for improving the peak bone mass, promoting the bone health of adolescents and reducing the incidence of osteoporosis in the middle and old age.method:364 students of grade 4-6 in huaduhui campus of Meiling primary school in Yangzhou were randomly selected.Bone mineral density(BMD)of the calcaneus was measured by BMD.After the unified explanation of the students on the spot,it is required to fill in the questionnaire truthfully, distribute and recycle the questionnaire accompanied by the parents, and then check the recycled questionnaire to avoid invalid questionnaire as much as possible, and finally make statistics and Analysis on the recycled questionnaire.364 questionnaires were sent out,364 were recovered,336 were valid, and the effective recovery rate was 92%.The data of the questionnaire and the measured BMD were matched one by one.The data of the recovered questionnaire was input and sorted out by Excel, and then statistical analysis was carried out by spss21.0 statistical software.Single factor analysis of variance and independent sample t-test showed that P<0.05 had significant difference,P<0.01 had very significant difference.result:The bone mineral density of male and female primary school students is in good condition,94.5%of them are healthy in bone mass,88.9%of them are healthy in bone mass. The average BMD of 164 boys and 172 girls was 1554.6 and 1547.7 respectively;.In all 366 people,35 had fracture or bone fracture, accounting for 10.4%.There was a significant effect on BMD of boys and girls by 3-5 times of extracurricular exercise every week(P<0.05);there was a significant effect on BMD of boys and girls by 30-60 minutes of extracurricular exercise every time(P<0.05);there was a significant effect on BMD of boys by every time of extracurricular exercise of moderate intensity(P<0.05);there was a very significant effect on BMD of girls by every time of extracurricular exercise of moderate intensity(P<0.01);the bone mineral density(BMD)was significantly affected by the special sunshine for more than 20 minutes per week for girls(P<0.01);the BMD was significantly affected by the special sunshine for more than 20 minutes per week for boys(P<0.05);whether there was a nap or not for boys or girls and the length of nap had no significant effect on BMD(P>0.05);whether there was a nap or not for boys or girls, there was no significant effect on BMD at nightThe effects of sleep duration on bone mineral density were not significant(P>0.05);in diet, drinking 1-2 cups of carbonated beverage per week(P<0.05)had a significant impact on bone mineral density;whether to eat bean products(P>0.05),poultry(P>0.05),livestock(P>0.05),fish and shrimp(P>0.05),milk(P>0.05),tea(P>0.05),coffee(P>0.05),tonicCalcium or multivitamin(P>0.05)had little effect on BMD.Conclusion:(1)The bone health status of the investigated subjects was good, and the BMD of boys was generally higher than that of girls.(2)Different exercise time has a significant impact on bone mineral density, and 30-60 minutes of exercise time after class has the most significant impact on bone health of adolescents.(3)Different exercise frequency has a significant impact on bone mineral density.Exercise 3-5 times a week after class has the most significant impact on bone health of adolescents.(4)Different exercise intensity has significant effect on bone mineral density, middle intensity exercise has the most significant effect on bone health of adolescents.Too low intensity can not stimulate the bone;too high intensity can easily lead to bone loss.(5)The effect of sun exposure on bone mineral density of adolescents was significant. The most significant effect was the sun exposure of more than 20 minutes 3-5 times a week.Skin can produce vitamin D in the sun, which is helpful for the absorption of calcium, phosphorus and other substances.(6)Sleep had no significant effect on bone mineral density.(7)In the daily diet, eating livestock, fish and shrimp 1-2 days a week has the most significant impact on the bone health of adolescents.Drinking 3-5 cups of coffee or 1-2 bottles of carbonated drinks a week has a negative impact on the bone health.
