Social medical technology is constantly developing,many technologies are closely integrated with computers,and medical information systems are becoming more and more perfect.Many medical data,including medication data,diagnostic records,etc.are managed and stored in the form of electronic data.However,the electronicization of medical record data has not been widely popularized.Due to the large number of medical record items and the complex content,paper medical records are prone to cause information loss,content errors,and privacy leakage.Therefore,it is very important to develop an electronic medical record system to effectively manage data.However,batch input of large-scale data and real-time accurate search of massive data are always issues that electronic medical record systems should consider.This paper studies the electronic medical record system based on B/S architecture,and applies the multi-model matching algorithm optimization model to the system data entry module.The system uses Vue.js,Spring MVC,Spring Boot open source technology framework to achieve the separation of front and back ends.Use Elasticsearch and MongoDB non-relational database to store electronic medical records,integrate Spring Data Elasticsearch through Spring Boot,and Spring Data MongoDB accesses the data layer to realize multi-condition query,full-text query and classification statistics on electronic medical records with many projects,various forms and complex description content Features.The system takes the form of first normalization and then input for large-scale data batch entry,and provides a solution for the normalization of large-scale data.The key to large-scale batch entry of medical records lies in the standardization of data.In this paper,by studying the multi-pattern matching AC_Sunday algorithm,it is further optimized,and the optimized model is used to replace and organize the data into XML form to improve the efficiency of data normalization processing and entry.In addition,the system also implements user basic information modification and medical record information viewing,and medical staff can manage patient and medical record information,including the creation and modification of information.The system administrator can also manage user information and back up all data.The system realizes the standardized processing and entry of large-scale data,which can facilitate the query and statistics of massive medical record data,realize the efficient management of data,and promote the development of medical information.
