Electronic medical record document the whole process of patient diagnose and treatment from birth to death.It is a digital electronic record which can input,store,manage and share the medical documents of patients on the computer,already replaced the handwritten medical record.With the development of network information technology,the hospital informatization is constantly advancing.Electronic medical record is becoming more and more important in the hospital informatization,also the management of medical record have been improved.But most of the hospital information system does not take electronic medical record as the core,which result in inefficiency and nonstandard writing of electronic medical records by doctors,and the clinical departments can not quote medical orders and test results in medical records,the management departments can not monitor the quality of medical records.According to the actual needs of a tertiary general hospital,the design of the electronic medical record system is mainly based on the relevant software development theory,which is based on the Caché database and adopts B/S architecture and.This paper expounds the difficulties faced by hospital informatization at the present stage,and the great significance of using electronic medical record system.It also introduces the current situation of electronic medical record design at home and abroad.First,this paper introduces the main technologies used in the electronic medical record system,the technical theory and advantages of Caché database,XML,CSP.Second,on the basis of the needs,analyzing the status quo,cost-effectiveness and research and technological development,and then this system is divided into six functional modules,as well as the performance and flow chart of the system.Third,on the basis of requirement analysis,according to the design principles and the design objectives,the specific design of functional modules and database design are completed,so that the network structure of the whole system is stable.Fourthly,the implementation of each functional module and the analysis of part of the code and the screenshots of the implementation of related modules.Finally,before the system is put into trial,according to the purpose and method of the test,the function and performance of the system are tested,the loopholes in the test process are repaired,and the good experience of the project hospital users is guaranteed.The electronic medical record system in this study realizes the functional modules,not only establishes the clinical knowledge base,improves the efficiency of doctor writing,but also realizes the quotation of medical orders and test results in the system,which effectively improves the circulation of data.At the same time,it increases the communication time between doctors and patients,improves the medical experience of the masses,improves the efficiency of medical services,and reduces the cost of hospital operation.Relevant medical record data provide a basis for hospital to strengthen medical record quality management,guide clinical business and scientific decision-making,also promote the development of modern hospital management system.
