The Clinical Observation On Treating Chronic Kidney Disease3Period Patients By Warm The Kidney, Assist Yang And Resolving Blood Stasis With Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency And Wet Stasis

Objectives:To evaluate the clinical effect of Warm the kidney, assist yang and Resolving blood stasis on treating chronic kidney disease3period patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:60patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis of chronic kidney disease (CKD)3period who were treated in jiangsu provincial TCM Hospital were choosed and divided into two groups.One group was the observing group,30patients of which were treated with Warm the kidney, assist yang and Resolving blood stasis, two times one day and routine western medicine.The other group was the control group, with30patients being treated with only routine western medicine.30days is a therapeutic phase.Both groups were treated for3phase consecutively.Compare the differences of RBC, Hb, BUN, Scr, UA, eGFR and clinical symptom scores between the two groups before and after observation.Results:①the total effect:In30patients of the observing group, the number of the significantly effective case is16, the effective is10, the stable is3, the invalid is1, the observing group total effective rate was86.6%;the number of the significantly effective case is7, the effective is4, the stable is12, the invalid is7.The effective rate from the treatment group is clearly superior (P<0.01).(2)the impact of physical and chemical indicators:After treatment, BUN and Scr of the observing group is significantly lower than before (P<0.01), the eGFR is significanthlty higher than before (P<0.01). BUN, Scr and eGFR of the control group are all not obvious difference, before and after treatment(P>0.05).The observing group can reduce BUN, Scr, increase eGFR, and more effective than the control group (P<0.05orP<0.01).And there was no difference in the effects of Alb and RBC between the two groups (P>0.05).HB of the two group are difference after treatment (P<0.05).(3)the syndrome impact:the total score of syndrome improvement of the observing group is better than the control group (P<0.01).After treatment, the score of the syndromes such as weak burnout, aversion, cold limbs, cold pain in the loins and knees, nocturia, diarrhea with undigested food in the stools or morning diarrhea squamous and dry skin is lower than before (P<0.01orP0.05).The effect of clinical symptoms such as the weak burnout, cold limbs, cold pain in the loins and nocturia were better than control group (P<0.01orP<0.05).Conclusions:Warm the kidney, assist yang and Resolving blood stasis can improve the clinical symptoms.The total effect of treating with it and routine western medicine is obviously better than treating with pure routine western medicine.lt can improve the clinical symptoms such as tweak burnout, aversion, cold limbs, cold pain in the loins and knees, nocturia, diarrhea with undigested food in the stools or morning diarrhea squamous and dry skin, and dark dusty complexion;reduce BUN, Scr, increase eGFR, thereby slow down the progress of the chronic kidney disease course.
