Objective:Observe effects of Shenqiyixin Recipe on cardiac 4with blood stasis and water generic type of chronic heart failure,to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety. Methods:Choose 64 cases of chronic heart failure meanwhile according with the type of qi(Yang)deficiency with blood stasis and water generic in Traditional Chinese Medical(TCM)syndrome differentiation among inpatients.Dividing the cases into treatment group and control group at random,32 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group was given with Shenqiyixin Recipe on the basis of the treatment in the control group, treatment for 3 weeks. To observe the changes of TCM Syndromes, six minutes walking distance,LVEF,cESS,MEE,the concentration of serum NT-proBNP and serum FFA of patients in two groups before and after treatment, and check the blood and urine routine, liver and kidney function as the indicator of safety evaluation.Analyzing the collected data with SPSS20.0 software.Results:1.Comparison of TCM syndrome curative effect after treatment:TCM syndrome scores of each group is lower than before.Compare within group and between both groups,p<0.05,the difference is statistically significant, the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.Compare the total effective rate of TCM syndrome between the two groups after treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group is higher than the control group’s,p<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.2.Comparison of six minutes walking distance after treatment:six minutes walking distance of each group both increase,Comp are within group and between both groups,p<0.05,the difference is statistically significant, the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.3.Comparison of LVEF、cESS and MEE after treatment:the LVEF of cases in each group increases than before, while the cESS and MEE decreases respectively than before in both group,p<0.05,the difference is statistically significant, the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.4.Comparison of serum NT-proBNP concentration after treatment:the level of serum NT-proBNP of each group decreases.Compare within group and between both groups,p<0.05,the difference is statistically significant, the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.5.Comparison of serum FFA concentration after treatment:the level of FFA of each group decreases.Compare within group and between both groups,p<0.05,the difference is statistically significant, the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.6.Safety:There is no obvious changes of analysis about electrocardiogram and the test of blood、urine、liver function and renal function.Conclusion:1.Shenqiyixin Recipe can improve the TCM syndrome of heart qi(Yang)deficiency with blood stasis and water generic type of chronic heart failure patients.2.Shenqiyixin Recipe can improve the heart function of heart qi(Yang)deficiency with blood stasis and water generic type of chronic heart failure patients, increase the six minutes walking distance and reduce the level of serum NT-proBNP.3.Shenqiyixin Recipe can reduce MEE and the level of serum FFA of heart qi(Yang)deficiency with blood stasis and water generic type of chronic heart failure patients.4.It is relatively safe and reliable for heart qi(Yang)deficiency with blood stasis and water generic type of chronic heart failure patients to use Shenqiyixin Recipe.
