Objective:To explore the serum levels of IL-1Ra/IL-1?,IL-1? and IL-1Ra in patients with coronary heart disease, and analyze the correlation between the three and the severity of coronary artery disease. Methods:A total of 133 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)were included in the study, and control group consisted of 33 patients with noncoronary heart disease group. All datas detected from the Department of Cardiology of the Hospital of Loudi Center(Graduate Training Center of Jishou University)from January 2019 to January 2020.Through detailed medical history and comprehensive and systematic physical examination,Biochemical indexes including total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and so on were tested in all patients.Serum IL-1? levels and IL-1Ra levelswere detected by ELISA.According to the number of vessels involved in coronary lesions, patients were divided into single, double and three vessel lesions groups. The patients were divided into three groups according to the score: Low-risk group(Gensini score 0-18,n=25),Intermediate risk group(Gensini score 18-41,n=34),High-riskgroup(Gensinis core>41,n=41).Results:1.The levels of IL-1?(14.20 ± 4.49 VS 26.41 ± 5.50)and IL-1Ra(35.63 ± 14.28 VS 54.19 ± 18.69)were higher in the CHD group than in the normal coronary group.IL-1Ra/IL-1?(2.78 ± 1.56 VS 2.02 ± 0.86)was lower in the CHD than that in the normal coronary group,The differences are statistically significant(p=0.000?p=0.001?p=0.000).2.One-way anova was used to compare IL-1? level,IL-1Ra level, and IL-1Ra/IL-1? level in patients with single, double, and triple coronary artery disease.Among them, the level of IL-1? increased gradually,There was no significant difference between the groups(p=0.12).The level of IL-1Ra and IL-1Ra/IL-1? all gradually decreased,The differences between the groups were statistically significant(p=0.00?p=0.00).3.Gensini scores were used for patients with coronary heart disease and divided into low-risk,medium-risk and high-risk groups.Univariate analysis of variance was used to compare the levels of IL-1?,IL-1Ra,and IL-1Ra/IL-1? in the above three groups. The results showed that the level of IL-1? increased gradually, and the difference was statisticallysignificant(p=0.01);the levels of IL-1Ra and IL-1Ra/IL-1? all gradually decreased,The differences between the groups were statistically significant(p=0.00?p=0.00).4.IL-1? level was positively correlated with Gensini score(r=0.531,p=0.000);IL-1Ra/IL-1? level was negatively correlated with Gensini score(r=-0.495,p=0.000).The IL-1Ra level was negatively correlated with the Gensini score(r =-0.480,p=0.001).Conclusions:1.The number of coronary lesions is positively correlated with serum IL-1?,and negatively correlated with IL-1Ra and IL-1Ra/IL-1?.2.The degree of coronary artery disease stenosis was positively correlated with serum IL-1?,and negatively correlated with IL-1Ra and IL-1Ra/IL-1?.
