Endoscopic-assisted Vertical Ethmoidal Plate And Nasal Septum Cartilage Excision Application Of Short Nose Plastic Surgery

Objective:To investigate the effect of endoscopically assisted ethmoid vertical plate and nasal septal cartilage in short nose surgery.Methods:(1)Collect 40 patients with short nose plastic surgery from March 2016 to March 2018 in our hospital,including 1 male and 39 female,aged 19-32.The endoscopic ultrasonography was used to cut the vertical plate of the ethmoid and the septal cartilage.(2)Preoperative preparation to rule out surgical contraindications.(3)Endoscopic cartilage cutting and vertical sieving plate cutting were performed by endoscopic technique.Reinforce the original L-shaped nasal septal cartilage scaffold and reinforce the extension or support graft.(4)Engraving and placing the prosthesis.(5)Modify the tip of the nose with ear cartilage.(6)Suture the wound.(7)Postoperative antibiotics for 3-5 days to prevent infection,and drainage is always needed.Results:The 40 patients in this group were able to clearly and visually show the anatomical structure of the vertical plate of the ethmoid and the neighboring relationship with the surrounding organs such as the septal cartilage and pear bone.The smooth vertical plate and nasal septum were obtained smoothly.Cartilage.No infection,hematoma occurred.The patient was satisfied with nasal morphology in 39 cases with a satisfaction rate of 97.5%.There were no complications such as infection and bleeding in 40 patients.After 9-20 months of follow-up,no nasal septal perforation,cerebrospinal fluid leakage,and nasal back collapse were observed.Conclusion:Endoscopically assisted ethmoid vertical plate and septal cartilage excision are flexible.The intraoperative combined with endoscopic operation can have clear vision,which is convenient for intraoperative separation,more accurate and easy to cut,and reduce mucosal tear and infection.Reduce the risk of complications,easy to operate,and high safety.Postoperative mucosa completely covers the wound for a short period of time,which alleviates the patient's pain,and the plastic effect is good.It makes people feel more natural,more harmonious,and has better aesthetic effect.The satisfaction of the beauty seeker is higher and worth promoting.
