| With the rapid development of the national economy,medical institutions in our country have developed rapidly both in quantity and in scale.The number of medical equipment has increased rapidly,and the quality of medical equipment has also improved rapidly.However,the management of medical equipment still lacks due informationization construction and development.At present,the management of medical equipment in most hospitals is still in the stage of primitive disordering manual.Some large hospitals only with the aid of office automation software,adopt manual entry type of management mode,or add some superficial equipment management functions to the original HIS system of the hospital.However,the grade evaluation and JCI certification of hospitals have put forward new requirements for the management of medical equipment,among which the management of medical equipment should be integrated into the information platform.For this reason,we have set up a project team and developed a medical equipment management system by referring to the "Standards and Rules for Assessment of Grade III and Grade A Hospitals" and combining with the analysis of the problems existing in the equipment management mode of a quasi-Grade III and Grade A general hospital where I worked.The purpose of this system is to provide a complete management platform for the whole life of medical equipment,including "equipment procurement management","asset account management","equipment maintenance management","equipment quality control management","supplier management","benefit analysis management","mobile management of WeChat platform" and "real-time monitoring management of key equipment".The system adopts B/S architecture,applies the popular C# language and SQL sever 2012 database to develop,integrates the technology of WeChat Mobile Platform,and adopts current monitoring module and RFID tag to monitor key equipment and facilities in real time.The final developed system has passed the strict operational test.The test results show that the system runs stably and has reasonable structure.It basically achieves the initial design goal of "scientificalization,standardization,whole-process and refinement" management of hospital medical equipment.At the same time,the system will also provide help for the hospital to successfully pass the grade hospital evaluation and JCI hospital certification. |
