Research On Optimization Of Large Medical Equipment Management System In LD Hospital

With the continuous improvement of the national economic development level,people are paying more and more attention to their own health.The accuracy of diagnosis and treatment of diseases in hospitals is largely dependent on various advanced medical equipment.Therefore,the management of medical equipment has become an important part of hospital management,and it is also a powerful guarantee for the safe and efficient operation of equipment,and bears important social responsibilities to protect the health of the people.With the rise of private hospitals,the external competition for public hospitals is becoming increasingly fierce.How to optimize the management of medical equipment in public hospitals,reduce medical costs,and continuously improve the competitiveness of public hospitals is of great significance for the sustainable development of public hospitals and the improvement of social benefits.This article takes LD hospital as the specific research object and studies the optimization of large-scale medical equipment management system of LD hospital.At the beginning of the study,collected and sorted out the relevant medical equipment management theories and latest research results at home and abroad,mainly including medical equipment life cycle theory,large medical equipment ABC classification,fuzzy mathematics theory,comprehensive quality management theory,and reviewed the classics.The unfolding of the full text laid a theoretical foundation.In the main part of the paper,first of all,a brief introduction is made from the introduction of LD hospital,external environment analysis,and the status of medical equipment management system.Secondly,it pointed out that the current outstanding problems in the management of medical equipment in LD hospitals are inefficient equipment file management,confusion of medical equipment asset management,inadequate feasibility analysis of medical equipment in the early stage,imperfect medical equipment mid-term management system,and later scrapping of medical equipment.The problem of high residual value rate.And analyze the deep-seated reasons behind it: weak awareness of equipment quality management,backward equipment management information platform,lack of equipment management system,backward equipment management technical capabilities,etc.Thirdly,this article is problem-oriented and takes the entire life cycle of medical equipment as the main line.It has designed an LD hospital large-scale medical equipment management system optimization plan: including improving the medical equipment management organization structure and equipment management system system,and optimizing the medical equipment management process.Specific to medical equipment procurement,acceptance,use and maintenance,scrap disposal and other links,clarifying the responsibilities of organization settings,staffing,information transmission,risk assessment,etc.,greatly improved the management level of medical equipment.Finally,from the perspective of actively cultivating corporate culture,stimulating human resource vitality,building an information management platform,improving the level of organizational management,and implementing comprehensive quality management of equipment,the safeguard measures for the optimization of the medical equipment management system were proposed.It is hoped that this article can provide some decision-making reference for LD hospitals to better carry out equipment management work,and at the same time help other hospitals build a scientific management mode of medical equipment suitable for them.
