Objective Diabetes mellitus(DM)is a clinical common chronic endocrine disease, incidence of a disease has a rising trend in recent years,long-term high blood sugar can lead to the whole body blood vessels, especially microvascular lesions, and one of ocular complications in diabetic retinopathy, diabetic retinopathy,DR)belongs to the most common,as a serious blinding disease, early detection, early diagnosis is important, this will depend on common fundus examination of eye,In this study, fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA)and optical coherence tomography(OCTA)were used to examine DR patients, study the images, and analyze the consistency of both in the diagnosis of DR and the detection of lesions. Methods A total of 86 cases(166 eyes)of diabetic patients in the ophthalmology department of the hospital were selected as the DM group, and those DM patients without macular area and optic disc lesions in FFA were further included in the experimental group.Another 25 cases(25 eyes)of age-matched patients without fundus diseases such as chronic conjunctivitis were selected as the control group.Patients in the experimental group were examined by FFA and OCTA,and the consistency of DR diagnosis and DR image features was analyzed.Patients in the control group were examined by OCTA.using the OCTA analysis with the control center by deep concave center other shallow flow density, density of blood flow, center near the concave 300 microns blood flow density(FD-300)and the blood flow parameters, such as FAZ(foveal avascular zone,FAZ)area,perimeter,non-circular index(AI)related parameters consistency. The data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation(M ± SD),and the statistical software was used for t-test,chi-square test and other statistical analysis. Results FFA was generally consistent with OCTA diagnostic DR(Kappa=0.514,P <0.001),FFA detection in the foveal avascular zong change, macular edema, retinal angioma, retinal neovascularization, nonperfused area is 74,59,138,112,115 eyes,OCTA was 81,52,125,103,101 eyes, with no statistically significant difference(all P > 0.05).Compared with the control group,fd-300(44.66±4.77 VS 48.34±5.10),fd-300(41.40±4.23 VS 47.81±5.10),fd-300(44.40 ±4.23 VS 47.81±5.10),fd-300(48.46±4.70 VS 49.72±4.25)and fd-300(49.01±5.29 VS 52.98±3.13)were decreased in the DR experimental group.FAZ area(0.380±0.487 VS 0.254±0.772),circumference(2.490±0.292 VS 1.954±0.274)and AI(1.171±0.370 VS1.114±0.036)all increased, with statistically significant differences(all P < 0.05).Conclusion The results of FFA and OCTA examination are as follows :(1)FFA and OCTA were consistent in the diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy.(2)two types of inspection can be detected with the typical characteristics of diabetic retinopathy, macular Gong Huan structure change, macular edema in both broadly in the image, the number of micro hemangioma in FFA detected more than OCTA,OCTA can more clearly show the new blood vessels form,no perfusion area,in a wider range of FFA got more, according to provide the basis for clinical laser treatment(3)compared with normal, early on FFA change are not found in patients with FD-300 center near the concave shallow retinal blood flow density and density decreased blood flow to the deep,FAZ area, perimeter,AI increase.(4)These comparisons provide a new observation index and diagnostic screening method for diabetic patients, which is beneficial to the early diagnosis and early prevention and treatment of diabetic retinopathy patients...
