Clinical Observation Of Professor Xie Jingri Self-designed Stomach Disease No.2 Prescription In Treament Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease With Syndrome Of Dampness-heat Due To Spleen Deficiency

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of No.2 prescription in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with dampness-heat syndrome of spleen deficiency.Methods: 60 patients were screened and randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Patients in the treatment group were treated with No.2 prescription.Daily with warm boiling water with300 ml,30 minutes before breakfast and 30 minutes after dinne each service150 ml for 8 weeks.Patients in the control group received omeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets 20 mg twice a day for 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,a questionnaire was filled out to observe the improvement of symptoms.The Gedr Q was followed up 4 weeks after drug withdrawal to observe the recurrence.All data were processed and analyzed by SPSS20.0statistical software.Results: There was no shedding during the study,and 60 patients were treated.After 8 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The follow-up filled out Gerd Q questionnaire scale,the improvement of recurrence rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The clincal sympyoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease with syndrome of dampness-heat due to spleen deficiency can be effectively improved by Professor Xie Jingri Self-designed Stomach Disease no.2Prescription.2.Professor Xie Jingri Self-designed Stomach Disease no.2 Prescription can obviously reduce the recurrence rate of patients with gastroesophageal reflux diseasewith syndrome of dampness-heat due to spleen deficiency.
