Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Kaijie Sanpi Decoction In The Treatment Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease With Spleen And Stomach Damp-heat Syndrome

Objective: to observe the effect on the treatment of syndrome of accumalated dampness-heat in the Spleen and Stomach of gastroesophageal reflux disease,to discuss the point of view about Pungent Dispersion Bitter Purgation that have been put forward by Distinguished Physicians on the science of epidemic febrile disease of TCM.Method: 60 patients with syndrome of accumalated dampness-heat in the Spleen and Stomach of gastroesophageal reflux disease(mild and moderate)were randomly assigned to receive either decoction or rabeprazole for4 weeks.The study group and the control group.The study group was treated for 4 weeks with the combination of the Kai-Jie-San-Pi Decoction and rabeprazole enteric capsules.The control group was treated for 4 weeks with rabbelazole enteric capsule.To observe the clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,and to analyze it.Results::(1)the clinical efficacy:The total efficacy was 90% and 70%respectively in study group and control group;(2)The primary outcome measures of TCM syndrome:60 cases of patients with abdominal distension,loss of appetite and dry coat of the tongue were significantly eased,result in study group was significant better than that of in control group(P<0.01);(3)Safety evaluation:No liver and kidney damage and other serious adverse reactions were found during the treatment of the two groups.Conclusion: Kai-Jie-San-Pi Decoction can significantly improve patients' symptoms.The point of view about Pungent Dispersion Bitter Purgation is effective,which has characteristics of ewer tines of usage,less expensive and so on,to be worth spreading.
