Clinical Observation Of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction And Guizhifuling Decoction In Tre Ating Unstabie Angina Pectoris With Blood Stssis And Hear Pulse Type

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction and Guizhi Fuling Decoction on unstable angina pectoris(syndrome of blood stasis and heat pulse)and to explore the therapeutic effect of this prescription on unstable angina pectoris(syndrome of blood stasis and heat pulse).Methods:64 eligible cases were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table,3 2 cases in each group.The control group was given basic Western medicine treatment,the treatment group was given Huanglian Jiedu Decoction and Guizhi Fuling Decoction on the basis of the control group drugs,the course of treatment was 14 days.On the first day and the 14th day,the score of angina pectoris,the score of TCM syndrome and the dosage of nitroglycerin were recorded respectively;ECG,blood lipid,hs CRP,liver and kidney functions were detected once respectively,and the data were recorded to observe the changes of each index.result:1.In the aspect of angina pectoris effect:the total score and single score of angina pectoris effect,angina pectoris effect,ECG improvement,nitroglycerin reduction rate and other indicators in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.In the aspect of TCM syndrome:after treatment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group(1.17 ± 0.65)and the control group(1.35 ± 0.61)(P>0.05).The improvement of TCM syndrome total score and other individual scores,TCM syndrome efficacy and other indicators in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistic ally significant(P<0.05).3.In the terms of laboratory inspection:after treatment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group(1.25 ± 0.37)and the control group(1.22 ± 0.27)(P>0.05).The improvement of other three blood lipid levels and hs CRP levels in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistic ally signific ant(P<0.05)4.Safety evaluation:during the trial,the basic vital signs of the two groups were stable,and the liver and kidney functions were normalConclusions:1.Huanglian Jiedu Decoction and Guizhi Fuling decoction can improve the symptoms of angina pectoris,TCM syndrome and ECG of patients with unstable angina pectoris(blood stasis heat phase pulse type),and reduce the use of nitroglycerin2.Huanglian Jiedu Decoction and Guizhi Fuling decoction can reduce the level of blood lipid and hs CRP in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Key words:Huanglian Jiedu Decoction and Guizhi Fuling DecoctionUnstable anginaStasis heat phase pulse type3.Huanglian Jiedu Decoction and Guizhi Fuling decoction have better safety in the treatment of UA.
