Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris With Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome With Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction Combined With Danshen Yin

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction combined with Danshen Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,and provide new ideas and methods for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of unstable angina pectoris with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 patients with unstable angina pectoris with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome from the Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction combined with Danshen Decoction on the basis of the control group,and the treatment period was 14 days.Before and after treatment,the changes of TCM syndrome scores,the number of angina pectoris attacks,the duration of angina pectoris,electrocardiogram,and nitroglycerin cessation rate were observed in the two groups,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results:1.Comparing the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups before and after treatment,the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Comparing the times of angina pectoris between the two groups before and after treatment,the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.Comparing the duration of angina pectoris between the two groups before and after treatment,the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.Comparing the ECG efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment,the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);5.Comparing the nitroglycerin cessation and reduction rate between the two groups before and after treatment,the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclusion:Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction combined with Danshen Decoction can reduce the TCM syndrome score of unstable angina pectoris with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,reduce the frequency of angina pectoris,shorten the duration of angina pectoris,reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin,and improve myocardial ischemia.It can significantly improve symptoms and improve health.
