Clinical Observation Of Dushen Decoction And Xionggui Decoction In Treating Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:To observe the effects of Dushen Decoction and Xionggui Decoction on patients with coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis type),clinical symptoms,TCM symptoms,electrocardiogram,Seattle angina questionnaire changes,to explore its clinical efficacyMethods:A total of 40 patients who were diagnosed as stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)in coronary heart disease from the cardiology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to December 2019 were selected.Conduct experimental research through the method of self-contrast.After the patients were enrolled in the group,on the basis of the previous Western medicine treatment,the Chinese medicine Dushen Decoction and Xionggui Decoction were added for treatment.Take 1 dose of the drug daily(taken in 2 doses),once in the morning and evening,150ml/time,the treatment lasted 4 weeks.Ob serve the changes in symptoms,TCM symptoms,electrocardiogram,and Seattle angina questionnaire scores before and after treatment.The data was processed and analyzed using SPSS22.0 statistical softwareResults:1.Symptoms of angina pectoris:The score of angina symptoms decreased after treatment,compared with the score before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the efficacy of angina pectoris,the total effective rate of treatment is as high as 92.5%2.TCM symptom:After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes were significantly reduced.Compared with the scores before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of TCM syndromes was significantly reduced before treatment(P<0.01).In terms of the efficacy of TCM symptoms,the total effective rate of treatment is 90.0%3.Electrocardiogram curative effect:After the treatment,the effective rate reached 67.5%,including 7 cases of marked effect,20 cases of effective,13 cases of invalid cases,and 0 cases4.Seattle angina questionnaire score:After treatment,the patient's physical activity limitation(PL),angina pectoris attack(AF),angina pectoris steady state(AS),treatment satisfaction(TS),and disease cognition(DP)all improved significantly,compared with before treatment Comparing the scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusions:Dushen Decoction and Xionggui Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,TCM syndromes,ECG and quality of life of patients with stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)of coronary heart disease.
