Clinical Study Of Yiqi Huoxue Kaixin Decoction In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type) With Depression

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Kaixin Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)with depression,it provided reference for future research.Methods:Random number table method was used to randomly divide 80 patients who were diagnosed with stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)with depression into 40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the treatment group.The control group was given routine western medicine with flupentixol and melitrazine tablets treatment,while the treatment group added Yiqi Huoxue Kaixin Decoction on the basis of the control group,the course of treatment is 4 weeks.Observed the change of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,TCM symptom efficacy,angina pectoris efficacy,the curative effect of hamilton depression scale reduction rate,HAMD scores,seattle angina questionaire(SAQ)scores,heart rate variability(HRV)before and after treatment.SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis of all data and compared the results.Results:1.Before treatment,the gender,age,course of disease,TCM symptom score,HAMD score,SAQ score and HRV were not statistically different between the two groups(P>0.05),and were comparable.2.Comparison of TCM symptom score:After treatment,the symptom scores of chest pain,chest tightness,heart palpitations,shortness ofbreath,mental fatigue,depression,emotional restlessness,insomnia and sentimental sentiment of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the symptom scores of chest pain,palpitations,shortness of breath,mental fatigue,insomnia and sentimentality in the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM symptom efficacy:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.62%,the total effective rate of the control group was 69.23%,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of angina pectoris efficacy:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.18%,the total effective rate of the control group was 71.79%,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).5.Comparison of the curative effect of HAMD reduction rate:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.74%,the total effective rate of the control group was 74.36%,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).6.Comparison of HAMD scores:After treatment,the HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).7.Comparison of the five major SAQ scores:After treatment,the two groups of patients showed higher levels of the degree of physical activity limitation,angina pectoris stable state,angina pectoris attack,treatment satisfaction and disease awareness than before treatment(P <0.05),and the treatment group increased more significantly(P<0.05).8.Comparison of HRV:After treatment,the SDNN and SDNNindex were higher than before treatment between the two groups of patients(P<0.05),and the treatment group increased more Significantly(P<0.05).9.Safety index:No obvious adverse reactions were found in the two groups of patients during the treatment,and the safety was better.Conclusions:1.Yiqi Huoxue Kaixin Decoction can significantly alleviate the symptoms of angina pectoris in patients of stable angina pectoris with depressive disorder,effectiveiy improve depression,emotional restlessness,heart palpitations,insomnia and sentimental sentiment.No obvious adverse reactions were found,and the safety was better.2.Yiqi Huoxue Kaixin Decoction can improve the quality of life of stable angina pectoris with depression.3.The mechanism of Yiqi Huoxue Kaixin Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris complicated with depression may be related to its ability to regulate autonomic nerve function,improve HRV,and then exert anti-angina and anti-depressant effects.
