| Purpose:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after PCI of coronary heart disease,and to explore the effect and mechanism of Yiqi Tongmai Decoction on patients with angina after PCI of coronary heart disease,so as to find a better way to prevent and treat angina after PCI of coronary heart disease.Materials and Method:From September 2017 to December 2018,78 patients were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 39 patients in each group.Treatment group: Yiqi Tongmai Decoction was given on the basis of Western medicine standardized treatment,100 ml was taken twice a day;control group: Western medicine standardized treatment,each group of patients were treated for 8 weeks.After 8 weeks,the score of angina pectoris,the level of blood lipid(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),Hs-CRP,ECG,European five dimensional scale,the change of TCM syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis,the related safety indexes and the incidence of end-point events were observed.Finally,the data were analyzed by spss22.0 to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu method in patients with angina pectoris after PCI.Results:1.Angina score: the symptoms of angina in the two groups were improved after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.87%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Blood lipid level,Hs-CRP: after treatment,the level of blood lipid(TC,LDL-C)in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.01);there was no significant change in blood lipid(TG,HDL-C),and there was no significant difference before and after treatment(P > 0.05).The Hs-CRP value of the two groups after treatment was lower than before(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).3.ECG: the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 30.76%and 28.20% respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).The improvement effect of ECG in the two groups was not ideal.4.European five dimensional scale: after treatment,the scores of anxiety or depression in the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05),pain or discomfort and EQ-VAS scores were statistically significant(P < 0.01).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,but there was no statistical significance in the scores of action ability,self-care ability and daily activity ability(P > 0.05).5.TCM syndrome score of qi deficiency and blood stasis: after treatment,the TCM syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis in the two groups was improved.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.43%.The difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.01).6.There was no obvious abnormal change in routine examination of hematuria and stool,12 lead ECG,liver and kidney function,no obvious adverse reactions and end events.Conclusion:1.Yiqi Tongmai Decoction can improve the angina symptoms of patients after PCI,reduce the attack time and frequency,and reduce the use of nitroglycerin.2.Yiqitongmai decoction can reduce the level of blood lipid(TC,LDL-C)and Hs-CRP in patients with angina after PCI.3.Yiqi Tongmai Decoction can alleviate the pain and discomfort of patients,relieve their anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life of patients.4.Yiqitongmai decoction has significant effect on the symptoms of qi deficiency and blood stasis such as chest pain,chest distress,palpitation,shortness of breath,fatigue,self perspiration and so on.5.Yiqi Tongmai Decoction has a high safety in clinical application,no serious adverse reactions and side effects were found in this study. |
