Clinical Observation Of Ruzengsan In The Treatment Hyperplasia Of Mammary Gland Of Liver Depression And Phlegm Retention

Objective: This paper discusses and analyzes that professor cong huifang focus on liver,takes "soothing liver and relieving depression" as the main method,uses RuZengSan to treat patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland of liver-qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation type,and to observe the curative effect.By this way to provide a basis for further promoting the clinical treatment of breast hyperplasia with traditional Chinese medicine.Method: patients who have hyperplasia of mammary gland(hyperplasia of liver-qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation type)and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study with were selected.A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into 30 patients in the treatment group treated with RuZengSan,and 30 patients in the control group were treated with rupixiao capsule.The observation time was 3 menstrual cycles.Before and after treatment,the mean VAS score of breast pain,the fluctuation level of estradiol and progesterone,the primary and secondary scores of TCM symptoms were observed in Seventh days before menstruation in the two groups.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically analyzed and compared.Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of age,course of disease,average VAS score of breast pain,estradiol,progesterone before treatment(P > 0.05),they are comparable.After treatment,average VAS score of breast pain,estradiol,progesterone in Seventh days before menstruation between the two groups,the difference has statisticle significance(P < 0.05).It shows that both the treatment group can improve the degree of pain and improve the serum estradiol or progesterone level.Between the two groups,the difference has statisticle significance(P < 0.05).It shows that the treatment group in the treatment of breast pain symptoms in Seventh days before menstruation,adjust estradiol and progesterone levels is more obvious.There was no significant difference in the size of the subultrasound nodule before and after treatment(P > 0.05),it showed that the treatment group and the control group had no obvious therapeutic effecf on breast nodules.In the comparison of the main symptoms TCM syndrome score,It shows that the treatment group and the control group can improve the main symptomsof TCM.It shows that the treatment group is superior to the control group in the comparison of the secondarysymptoms of TCM syndrome score.In the comparison of the secondary symptoms,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in terms of the improvement of emotion,chest tightness,discomfort,bitter pharynx and menstrual volume,color and quality,indicating that the treatment group had a better overall effect in improving the secondary symptoms of TCM.Conclusion: 1.The clinicai effect of Ruzengshen and rupixiao capsule treat patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland of liver-qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation type is similar.2.Ruzengshen can not only relieve premenstrual breast pain in patients with mammary gland hyperplasia and improve symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,but also proves that the holistic concept of TCM and the idea of treating different diseases together with "depression" as the pathogenesis pathway and "soothing the liver and relieving depression" as the treatment method of "tetrad of the liver" are worthy of promotio.
