Clinical Observation Of Daotan Tang Combined With TC Treatment For Middle Or Advanced Ovarian Canccer With Phlegm And Dampness Accumulation

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Daotan decoction reduction combined with TC chemotherapy in the treatment of ovarian cancer with phlegm-dampness accumulation type.It provides the diagnosis and treatment basis for the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer with phlegm and dampness,To seek an effective treatment for ovarian cancer with phlegm and dampness.Methods:In this study,60 patients who met the subject criteria were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group.Two cycles of chemotherapy were observed for 6 weeks.The changes of KPS score,tumor marker CA125 and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment in the two groups were analyzed.A comprehensive analysis was made to evaluate the effects of the two treatment regimens.Results:1.The KPS score of the two groups increased after treatment,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.The remission rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,but there was no statistical significance in the comparison between the two groups.3.The TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased after treatment.On the whole,the improvement of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.4.The tumor markers of CA125 level in the two groups decreased after3 weeks and 6 weeks of treatment compared with that before,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.5.In terms of toxic and side effects after chemotherapy,the treatment group had obvious effects on preventing and treating bone marrow suppression and relieving nausea and vomiting,The occurrence rate ofother adverse reactions and the intervention rate of symptomatic drugs were all lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.The combination of Daotan decoction and TC chemotherapy can stabilize the tumor size and reduce the serum tumor marker CA1252.In order to improve the rate of patients’ KPS score,reduce the patients’ abdominal pain,abdominal distension,fatigue,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea and other clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients.3.To a certain extent,Daotan decoction can reduce the incidence of toxic and side effects after chemotherapy and relieve the uncomfortable symptoms caused by toxic and side effects...
