Objective:The relationship between the deep stops of the triangular fibrocartilage disc on the ulnar concavity and the surrounding ligaments and other structures were dissected and studied.Then,fresh triangular fibrocartilage discs were separated and obtained,and the positional relationship between the neural distribution and the deep dead center was further clarified by immunofluorescence and immunohistochemical staining.Method:A total of 10 adult corpse specimens soaked in formalin and 5 fresh adult corpse specimens were included in this study.The average age of all cadaver specimens was 46 ± 5.6 years.(1)After dissection of 5 formalin-soaked cadaver specimens,observe the movement of the ligaments around the triangular fibrocartilage disc and the positional relationship with the deep stops of the triangular fibrocartilage disc.Measure the distance between the surrounding structure and the deep dead center,record it as a table and analyze it.(2)After repeating the above anatomic operations in 3 formalin-immersed corpse specimens,dissection along the coronal plane with a bone saw,observe and record the positional relationship between the deep stops and the remaining structures of the triangular fibrocartilage disc covered on the ulnar head And describe the anatomy.(3)Two formalin-immersed autopsy specimens were dissected and the ulnar radius,triangular bone,lunar bone,and triangular cartilage discs and their surrounding tissue structures were preserved,and local structural features were observed by HE staining.(4)Five fresh cadaver specimens were centered on the dorsal ulna head,and a longitudinal incision was made with a length of 8-10 cm.The tendon and surrounding soft tissue were stripped.Fresh triangular fiber cartilage discs were removed and stored frozen at-20 ° C.Reserved for staining.Result:The dorsal side of the triangular fibrocartilage disk is connected with the triangular bone and the lunar bone through the ulnar menstrual ligament,the ulnar triangular ligament,and the distal ulnar ligament,and it is used to fix and stabilize the triangular lunar bone.The distal ulnar ligament is sent from the triangular cartilage disc at the stop of the ulna at the dorsal side of the palm,and travels towards the stop of the radius.In the course of walking,the ulnar menstrual and ulnar triangle ligaments migrated to the lower edges of the crescent bone and the dorsal side of the triangular bone.The three ligaments play a role in the stabilization of the triangular fibrocartilage disc in the ulnar head.The shallow stop of the triangular cartilage disc on the ulnar styloid process is connected to the ulnar carpal extensor tendon sheath to stabilize the upper surface of the triangular fibrocartilage disc.The deep dead point of the triangular fibrocartilage disc is different from other attachment points.The root of the triangular fibrocartilage disc is firmly fixed in the small concavity of the ulna,and the triangular fibrocartilage disc is fundamentally stable and covered by the small ulna.On head.At the same time,when the wrist is rotated,the root fixation effect of the deep dead center can be manifested,which can effectively prevent the cartilage surface from being damaged by the friction between the near-row wrist and the ulnar head.The measurement data of the study are as follows: The distance A(the straight line distance from the center of the deep dead center to the center of the ulnar styloid process)is 3.61 ± 0.05 mm.The distance B + distance C(the longest straight line distance from the center of the deep dead center to the radial cut)is 9.24 ± 0.10 mm.After staining fresh specimens,it was found that the central part divided in this study has no nerve distribution,which can prove that the central part only serves as a buffering structure between the near-line wrist and the ulnar head,and has little effect on the conduction impulse.There are a large number of different types of nerve endings in the ulnar and dorsal regions.Conclusion:The deep dead point of the triangular fibrocartilage disc in the small recess of the ulna is the stable root structure of the triangular fibrocartilage disc on the small head of the ulna.The damage often causes deep pain and movement disorders of the ulnar side of the wrist.
