A Preliminary Study On The Expression Of Tip60 In Esophageal Cancer And Its Correlation With Clinical Features

Purpose: To investigate the expression of Tip60 in esophageal cancer and its correlation with the clinical features of cases,to investigate the role of Tip60 in the development of esophageal cancer,and to determine whether Tip60 can be a new target for the treatment of esophageal cancer.Methods: A total of 48 patients with esophageal cancer who underwent surgical treatment from 2017-01-01 to 2019-01-01 in affiliated hospital of chengde medical university were selected(all patients who were not treated with radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgery).Immunohistochemistry and protein imprinting were used to detect the expression of Tip60 in esophageal cancer and adjacent normal tissues,and statistical software was used to analyze the expression of Tip60 and its correlation with clinical characteristics.Results: Expression of Tip60 in esophageal cancer and adjacent normal tissues Immunohistochemical method the result shows: the Tip60 after dyed into brown,mainly engaged in esophageal cancer cell cytoplasm,after statistical analysis that Tip60 positive expression rate in esophageal cancer tissues was 77.08%(37/48),near the cancer expression rate was 31.25%(15/48)in normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Western blot results showed that the expression level of Tip60 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(0.976±0.247)was higher than that in para-carcinoma(0.543±0.182),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Correlation between Tip60 and clinical features of esophageal carcinoma The results showed that there was a certain correlation between Tip60 and TNM stage,tissue differentiation and lymph node metastasis of esophageal cancer(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in gender,age,or alcohol consumption(P>0.05).Conclusion: This study confirmed the Tip60 expressed in esophageal cancer tissues has high status,through the analysis of the clinical features of learned Tip60 and esophageal cancer has certain relevance,therefore,Tip60 maby play an important role in the occurrence of esophageal cancer development,Tip60 results could be concluded that esophageal cancer in the future development of a new index and a new target for the treatment of esophageal cancer.
