Objective:To explore the changes in the supportive care needs of patients with prostate cancer at different stages of treatment and analyze these influencing factors, which will provide the theories foundation for subsequent intervening nursing care. Methods:From January 2019 to November 2019,in one hospital of Hangzhou,120 patients diagnosed as prostate cancer were selected according to the inclusion criteria. The general information questionnaire and Cancer Patient Support and Care Needs Scale(SCNS-SF34)were performed at the next day after admission.Subsequently, the supportive care needs scale was set up at 3 days after operation,1 month after discharged,2 months after discharged and 4 months after discharged. Finally, descriptive analysis, anova for repeated measurement, multiple linear stepwise regression analysis and so on were used.Results:1.For the total evaluation of supportive care needs, the mean score of all the times was(77.6± 12.9),and the mean score of 34 items was(2.3±0.4).The health system and information needs was the highest,(2.8±0.5).The lowest need was sexual needs,(1.6±0.7).2.Each item in the SCNS-SF34 scale was sorted according to the average score. The first in each period was respectively "Fear of cancer spread" during admission,"I feel unwell" at 3 days after operation,"Provide you with relevant information on how to deal with discomfort and side effects of treatment" at 1 month after discharged,"Can be informed that the cancer has been controlled or alleviated" at 2 months after discharged,"Get information about what you can do,To guide the improvement of the disease" at 4 months after discharged.Top 5 of those items for each period in the SCNS-SF34 scale were related to health systems and information needs.3.The overall supportive care needs went up from the time of admission to the 3 day after operation, and then gradually decreased from 3 days after admission to 2 months after discharged, finally kept unchanged from 2 months after discharged to 4 months after discharged.4.Multiple linear regression analysis suggested that age, family mean income and disease awareness were significant influencing factors for supportive care needs of patients with prostatecancer(p<0.05).Conclusions:1.The overall supportive care needs were in a relatively low level. The needs of most patients were unfulfilled. The highest demand was at 3 days after operation, and the lowest demand was at 4 month after discharged.2.For the five dimensions of supportive care needs, the needs for health systems and information were always highest both during admission and after discharged.3.The vertical change trend for supportive care needs in all dimensions were first up,then down and finally stable.4.The main factors affecting the supportive care needs of patients with prostate cancer were age, family mean income and disease awareness.
