Background Lung cancer is the most common cancer in China and around the world.Based on its histopathological classification,can be divided into small cell lung cancer,small cell lung cancer,SCLC)and non-small cell lung cancer(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)two kinds,including SCLC compared with NSCLC and SCLC biological behavior are different obviously,its high malignant degree,development is rapid,highly aggressive,transfer,poor prognosis,early and overall 5 years survival rate is extremely low;According to NCCN guidelines version 1 2019 has made it clear that if it is for patients with SCLC mediastinal lymph nodes are not violated,take timely surgical treatment,can greatly improve the survival rate of patients,but when SCLC was diagnosed in the clinical work,often of mediastinal lymph nodes has been affected,conform to the conditions of surgical operation in treating patients with few,easy to miss the best treatment period,therefore to timely detection and diagnosis of lung cancer is the key to reduce the case fatality rate of lung cancer.With the continuous development of clinical technology at present,there are so many ways to the diagnosis of SCLC,but there are some limitations,the literature has been written,Abnormal sugar chain in lung cancer patients serum glycoprotein(Tumor Abnormal Protein,TAP),Heat shock Protein 90 alpha(Heat shock Protein 90 alpha,Hsp90 alpha)levels can be used as a new Tumor markers for early clinical diagnosis;However,few domestic and foreign literatures have reported on the combined detection of TAP,Hsp90,and lung cancer tumor markers in the diagnosis of SCLC.Therefore,this study will explore the TAP,Hsp90 alpha joint lung tumor markers carcinoembryonic antigen(carcinoembryonic,CEA)and cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen(CYFRA21-1),neuron specific enolization enzyme(neuron-specific enolase,NSE)the value of diagnosis of SCLC,aimed at SCLC clinical diagnosis,treatment and curative effect evaluation to provide a certain reference value.Objective To explore the clinical value of TAP,Hsp90? combined with lung cancer tumor markers(CEA,CYFRA21-1,NSE)in the diagnosis of SCLC in small cell lung cancer.Methods The expression levels of TAP,Hsp90?,and lung cancer tumor markers in the serum of 50 patients with small cell lung cancer(SCLC),62 patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and 62 patients with benign lung disease were detected by enzyme-linked immunoassay and electrochemical luminescence,And statistical analysis of its detection results;draw ROC curve at the same time,determine the best cutoff value of each index to diagnose SCLC,calculate the sensitivity and specificity of tumor markers alone and combined detection of SCLC,area under the ROC curve(AUC)to evaluate its clinical diagnostic efficacy.Results Through statistical analysis of relevant data,and using ROC curve results,the TAP cutoff value is 203.96 ?m2,the area under the ROC curve(AUC)is 0.613,the sensitivity is 32.00%,and the specificity is 90.32%;the cutoff value of Hsp90?,AUC,Sensitivity,specificity are 64.61 ng / m L,0.669,78.00%,and 50.00%;CEA are 2.90 ng / m L,0.656,40.00%,and 85.48%;CYFRA21-1 are 3.66 ng / m L,0.671,and 52.00 %,77.41%;NSE are 23.33 ng / m L,0.826,74.00%,82.26%.The AUC of the five tumor indicators was 0.901,the sensitivity was 92.00%,and the specificity was 75.81%.It can be known that the sensitivgaownaity and AUC of the relevant tumor markers in the serum of lung cancer patients for small cell lung cancer combined diagnosis are significantly higher than those detected by tumor markers alone.Conclusion TAP and Hsp90? combined with lung cancer tumor marker detection have higher diagnostic efficacy for small cell lung cancer,can make up for the lack of single detection,and have important clinical guidance significance.
