Purpose:The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of Chinese medicine human resources,to clarify the industrial structure and development trend of traditional Chinese medicine,to find the existing problems,to predict the demand of Chinese traditional medicine talents,and to clarify the direction of talent cultivation of higher education.Material and method:1.Using the literature retrieval method to understand the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine industry and traditional Chinese medicine social services.2.Using the field survey method to understand the status of Chinese medicine enterprises,Chinese medicine talent's working current situation in Chinese medicine enterprises as well as traditional Chinese medicine enterprises on the actual needs of Chinese medicine talent and cultivated expectations.3.The human resource demand model of traditional Chinese medicine was established by means of statistical analysis,according to the total output value of traditional Chinese medicine industry and the social stock of Chinese medicine human resources.4.Using the comparative method to compare the vary of the status quo of Chinese medicine industry every area and human resources,finding that the development trend of Chinese medicine industry.Results:Traditional Chinese medicine industry as a unique industry in China even become the most competitive industries of China's international economic competition,and Chinese medicine human resources play a vital role in the development of Chinese medicine industry.The following questions were found through this study: It is lack of social stock Chinese medicine human resources overall,there is a gap between the cultivation direction of traditional Chinese medicine human resources and social needs,level of Chinese medicine human resources structure tends lowly,the retail pharmacies equipment with licensed pharmacists still exists " quantity and quality " problems and the scientific research innovation ability of Chinese medicine human resources has not been given full play.Conclusion:China's human resources research and development is in the initial stage,whether it is the theoretical study of Chinese medicine human resources management or practice are not perfect.At present,Chinese medicine talents are distributed in various fields of traditional Chinese medicine industry,but the quantity and quality of existing Chinese medicine human resources cannot meet the actual needs.According to the data of the past,the prediction model of social demand of Chinese medicine human resources was established by mathematical statistics method.The relevant Chinese medicine talent social demand as the dependent variable,the total output value of traditional Chinese medicine as an independent variable.As a result,we can take some linear regression total demand equations of the demand for traditional Chinese medicine human resources is: Y=0.9027X+22606.7928;The predictive model of total output value of traditional Chinese medicine industry was obtained by exponential smoothing method,Y2016+T=8083.69+772.20 T.Using these two prediction models,we can obtain the social demand predictive value of Chinese medicine human resources from 2017 to 2030,and the human resource demand of traditional Chinese medicine industry is forecasted.These are the reference basis for the setting up of Chinese medicine talent training program.
