Objective:In this study,Digtal Subtraction Angiography(DSA)was used to examine the pathway and degree of intracranial collateral cerebral circulation establishment in patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke(AIS),and to investigate the relationship between the establishment of collateral cerebral circulation after Transient Ischemic Attacks(TIA)and the clinical outcome of subsequent Ischemic Stroke.in order to evaluated the patients in early and accurately,it provides the basis for clinical judgment of prognosis. Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 88 patients with ischemic stroke(TOAST classification was major atherosclerosis)admitted to xiangdong hospital affiliated to hunan normal university and the first affiliated hospital of hunan normal university from August 2018 to November 2019.According to the previous 7 days of hospitalization, there were 44 cases in the TIA group and 44 cases in the non-TIA group.Data: age, gender, history of alcohol abuse, smoking history, blood pressure, homocysteine, blood glucose, blood lipid, history of TIA,symptoms and duration of neurological impairment corresponding to TIA,NIHSS score, daily life activity score(ADL score),etc.DSA scan was completed within 5 days after hospitalization to evaluate the establishment of collateral circulation in all patients, and SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used to evaluate whether TIA had the function of Ischemic preconditioning(IPC),and analyze the correlation between the establishment of collateral circulation in the back of TIA and the prognosis of follow-up IS,P <0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1.The brain of lateral branch open way for IS given priority to with level-I collateral circulation and grade ? collateral circulation established.2.The opening of collateral circulation and the rate of good collateral circulation opening in the TIA group(level 2-4)in the TIA group was better than that in the non-TIA group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of pia lateral branch opening between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Compared with the low-risk group, the middle and high-risk groups in the TIA group showed no statistical difference in the opening of a single collateral branch, while there were statistically significant differences between ? 2 brain collateral open pathways(P <0.05).4.The degree of collateral circulation opening was negatively correlated with prognosis(ADL score).Conclusion:1.TIA has the function of IPC,which IS considered to play a neuroprotective role in the subsequent IS through the stimulation of lateral branches in pathology.2.Patients in the medium and high risk groups in the TIA group, there may be more than 2 brain collateral circulation pathways.3.The AIS patients with a history of pretia, the establishment of collateral cerebral circulation may be beneficial to improve prognosis.
