| Objective:To explore the clinical effects of two surgical methods of shape-memory arm-encircling fixator and double steel plate for the treatment of femoral prosthetic fractures after Vancouver B1 and C hip joint replacement. Methods:Retrospective analysis of Changsha Hospital affiliated to Hunan Normal University,Changsha Central Hospital, and Changsha Third Hospital diagnosed with femoral prosthetic fractures between July 2016 and June 2019(Vancouver type B1 and type C)A total of 52 cases were treated with shape-memory arm-encircling fixator and double steel plates. The operation time, perioperative bleeding volume, postoperative hospitalization time, postoperative complications, fracture healing time and Harris score at 3 and 6 months after operation were recorded and statistically analyzed. Results:The follow-up period was 6 to 12 months, with an average of(10.7 ± 2.12)months.There were significant differences between the two groups in terms of operation time, perioperative bleeding, fracture healing time, postoperative hospital stay, and Harris score at 3 and 6 months after operation(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative complications between these two groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Shape-memory arm-encircling fixator is a more reasonable treatment method for the treatment of Vancouver type B1 and type C fractures around the femoral prosthesis. |
