Objective:To analyze the expression level and significance of mi R-133 b in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy,so as to provide basis for it as a potential early diagnosis index of diabetic nephropathy.Method:Firstly,sixty type 2 diabetic inpatients between Octo ber 2018 and April 2019 were individed into three groups according to the urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(UACR):normal albuminuria group(DN1,UACR<30mg/g,n=20),Microalb-uminuria group(DN2,30<UACR<300,n= 20),Macroalbuminuria group(DN3,UACR>300mg/g,n=20),and twenty healthy voluntee-rs,matched with age and sex,were randomly assigned to the control group.Secondly,general clinical data and bioc-hemical parameters of all subjects were collected and co-mpared.Thirdly,serum expression of mi R-133 b in each grou p was measured by Q-PCR.In the end,multiple linear regres-sion was used to analyze the correlation between convent-ional clinical biochemical indicators,mi R-133 b and UACR,and the stepwise regression method was used to conductTwo way screening of independent variables to compare the influence of each indicator on UACR.Result:1.Compared with the healthy control group,the DN1 group showed significant differences including BMI,FPG,TG,TC,LD L-C and HDL-C.Compared with the DN1 group,the DN2 group showed significant differences including BMI,course of disease,FPG,Hb A1 c and LDL-C.Compared with the DN2 group,the DN3 group showed significant differences including course of disease,Hb A1 c,SCr.2.In the expression of serum mi R-133 b,there was no signif-icant difference between the DN1 group(2.04±0.40)and the healthy control group(1.85±0.37)(P>0.05);There were significant differences in the expression of serum mi R-133 b in DN each group(P<0.01):the DN3 group(81.65±20.32)was higher than the DN2 group(22.11±2.39)(P<0.01).The DN2group(22.11±2.39)was higher than the DN1 group(2.04±0.40)(P<0.01).3.BMI,course of disease,FPG,Hb A1 c,TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,SCr and mi R-133 b were taken as the independent variables,UACR was taken as an dependent variable,and multiple linearregression analysis was performed.The results showed that UACR had linear regression relationship with disease course(b'j=0.453,P=0.0125),Hb A1c(b 'j=0.394,P=0.0165)and mi R-133b(b'j=0.805,P=0.0094).By comparing the standardized regression coefficients,it was foundthat mi R-133b(b 'j=0.805,P=0.0094)had the greatest effect on UACR.Conclusion:1.The expression level of mi R-133 b begin to increase in the early stage of DN,and show a trend of increase with the development of DN;2.Serum mi R-133 b may be used as a new reference index for early diagnosis and staging of DN.
