Although with the deepening of the reform of medical and health system,the policy guidance of the state to the private hospitals is more and more supported and encouraged,it is very difficult for the private hospitals to occupy a place in the market competition,take into account the social and economic benefits,and have a long-term future in the face of the increasing market competition of the public hospitals and other for-profit hospitals,as well as the solidified thinking of patients to the private hospitals.In order to survive and develop in the competition,private hospitals must enhance their own medical level and service awareness,constantly improve their internal management level and strengthen discipline construction.Marketing development is the way for private hospitals to survive,and patient service is the foundation for private hospitals to survive.How to compete with public hospitals in a differentiated way,provide better medical services according to the needs of patients,and how to pay attention to social benefits while improving economic benefits are the problems faced by private hospitals.The marketing staff of private hospitals are the front-line staff of hospital publicity and brand promotion.The basic quality,professional knowledge and service consciousness of the marketing staff directly reflect the image of the hospital;the promotion,publicity and patient guidance of the marketing staff directly affect the revenue of the hospital,so the performance management of the marketing staff occupies an important position in the private hospitals.Only by combining the advanced marketing strategy with the effective performance management mechanism of the marketing staff,paying attention to the professional quality and service consciousness of the marketing staff,fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of the marketing staff,continuously opening up new markets,maintaining and developing the existing markets,improving the experience satisfaction of the patients and enhancing the brand reputation,can the private hospitals have a long-term development.Establish a set of scientific and effective performance management system,optimize the performance management of marketing staff,through the performance plan to make marketing staff clear objectives;through the performance implementation to let marketing staff through training,learning,ability improvement,gradually achieve goals;through performance appraisal to let marketing staff find and improve problems;through performance feedback to enable marketing staff to obtain direct and indirect effectiveness.Motivation and growth.Therefore,the establishment and optimization of marketing staff performance management system plays a vital role in the strategic development and goal achievement of private hospitals.This article investigates the present performance management of marketing staff in AZ private hospital,discovers AZ private hospital marketing staff's performance management system problem,the analysis origin reason,and carries on the carding and the optimized design to it.In this paper,literature analysis was used to study the current situation of hospital performance management research at home and abroad,relevant theoretical knowledge,and the overview of performance management.Using interview method,questionnaire survey method,case method,AZ civilian battalion hospital,for example,research the current situation of hospital marketing staff performance management,and analysis the marketing personnel performance management problems and causes,and puts forward corresponding improvement opinions and measures to solve,and according to the improved opinions and solutions to make scientific and effective measures for the solution and optimization of research conclusion,pointed out the next phase of the research direction and the problems existing in the current study.It is hoped that this study can provide reference for the practice of performance management of marketing staff in private hospitals.
