| Objective:To observe the clinica lefficacy of Huoxue Qutan Decoction in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis type).Method:Sixty outpatients who were admitted into the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine between April 2019 to December 2019 and diagnosed with coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis type)were randomly diveded into a treatment group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine and those in the treatment group were treated with Huoxue Qutan Decoction combined with routine western medicine.After 28 days of continuous treatment,the efficacy of angina pectoris,TCM syndromes,nitroglycerin withdrawal rate and changes in quality of life were observed.The data was statistically analyzed by SPSS20.0 software.Results:1.Angina total score and curative effect: After treatment,the angina scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before,and the reduction of angina scores of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Total effective rate of angina pectoris improvement of the treatment group was83.33%,which was better than that of the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.TCM syndrome points and efficacy: After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before,and the decrease of TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 86.67%,which was better than the control group 73.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Nitroglycerin cessation rate: After treatment,the nitroglycerin cessation rate in the treatment group was 80.00%,which was better than that of the control group(63.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.Changes in quality of life assessment: After treatment,the scale scores of the two groups both improved than before,and the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Huoxue Qutan Decoction can improve the efficacy of angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis).2.Huoxue Qutan Decoction can improve the efficacy of TCM syndromes in patients with coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis).3.Huoxue Qutan Decoction can reduce the amount of nitroglycerin in patients with coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis).4.Huoxue Qutan Decoction can improve the quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease and stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis). |
