The Clinical Study On Thumb-tack Needle For Subcutaneous Embedding In Treatment Of Spleen And Stomach Deficiency Type Of Hyperemesis Gravidarum

Objective:To observe the safety and clinical efficacy of Thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding in treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency type of hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods: All the patients were divided into two groups with random method.Finally,we got 34 cases in Thumb-tack needle group and 33 cases in traditional Chinese medicine group.The two groups were treated in different ways.Patients in thumb-tack needle group were treated in thumb-tack needles and another group were use xiangshaliujunzi decoction orally.To observe the effect of thumb-tack needle on patients' safety index,TCM syndrome score and PUQE scale score.Result:1.Comparison of TCM syndrome score: After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM group is 75.6%,and that of thumb-tack needle group is 88.24%.The efficacy of the two groups was compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The results show that both the thumb-tack needle group and the TCM group are all effective in improving the TCM syndrome score.2.Comparison of PUQE scale scores: After clinical treatment,PUQE scores of patients in both groups decreased,and the difference was statistically significant P< 0.05.Research conclusions: 1.Both TCM group and thumb-tack needle group are all effective in the treatment of asthenia type pregnancy obstruction of spleen and stomach2.There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the thumb-tack needle group on splenic and gastric asthenia type pregnancy obstruction.In terms of improving secondary symptom scores,the thumb-tack needle group was better than the traditional Chinese medicine group.3.The therapeutic effect of combining auricular and body acupoints can be achieved by thumb-tack needle.It is a more convenient,safe,effective and more widely accepted treatment.
