| Objective: To observe the effect of modified gualou xiebai banxia decoction on the total myocardial ischemic burden of patients with stable angina pectoris(phlegm-blood stasis type).Methods: Into the group of patients from heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of cardiovascular disease outpatients,four families of 42 patients with meet eligibility criteria,are taking modified gualou xiebai banxia decoction,course of treatment for 28 days,using their own before and after the contrast method,were recorded before and after treatment in patients with angina pectoris attack situation,TCM syndrome integral,myocardial ischemia total burden and the change of blood rheology,and use data collected by SPSS22.0 statistical processing.Results:1.Total effective rate of angina pectoris: the symptoms of angina pectoris were improved,and the total effective rate reached 90%.2.Total score of TCM syndromes,total effective rate,single effective rate: total score of TCM syndromes: the total score of TCM syndromes after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Total effective rate: the total effective rate of TCM syndrome of patients reaches 90%;Single score of TCM syndromes: the single score of chest pain,chest tightness,shortness of breath,limb fatigue and phlegm were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Single effective rate: after treatment,the effective rates of chest pain,chest tightness,shortness of breath,limb fatigue and phlegm were 77.5%,72.5%,65%,70% and 57.5%,respectively.3.Effective rate of total myocardial ischemic burden: after treatment,the total myocardial ischemic burden of patients was significantly reduced compared with that before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was up to 85%.4.Hemorheology: after treatment,the whole blood viscosity was high,the whole blood viscosity was low,and the plasma viscosity was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The erythrocyte deformability of the patients increased after treatment compared with that before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Modified gualou xiebai banxia decoction can improve the angina pectoris efficiency in patients with stable angina pectoris.2.Modified gualou xiebai banxia decoction can effectively reduce the total score and single score of TCM syndrome in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm-blood stasis type)and improve the clinical syndrome of TCM.3.Modified gualou xiebai banxia decoction can improve the efficiency of the total myocardial ischemic burden level in patients with stable angina pectoris(phlegm-blood stasis type).4.Modified gualou xiebai banxia decoction can reduce the whole blood viscosity of patients with stable angina pectoris(phlegm-blood stasis type)with high cut,low cut and plasma viscosity,but it has no statistical significance on erythrocyte deformation. |
