| Objective: In this study,we evaluated the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Shugan Powder in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation of the chest and chest type)with anxiety,and evaluated Chaihu Shugan powder in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation of the chest)with anxiety efficacy and safety.Provide some clinical ideas for the treatment of "double heart" disease with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Methods: Sixty patients diagnosed as coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and cardiothoracic type)with anxiety were selected as the research object by random grouping into a control group and a treatment group,30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine plus Delixin(haloperidol melitrexine tablets),and the treatment group was treated with conventional Western medicine plus Delixin(haloperidol melitrexine tablets)and Chaihu Shugansan,the observation period is 28 days.Observe the changes of patients’ self-assessment scale(SAS),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,TCM symptom score,nitroglycerin withdrawal rate,and angina pectoris before and after treatment.Result:1.After the treatment of the two groups of patients,the curative effect rates of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group were 93.33% and 76.67%,respectively.The treatment group’s efficacy was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).2.Comparison of the efficacy of angina pectoris between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%.The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of SAS scores between the two groups of patients after treatment.After treatment,the score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The curative effect rates of the treatment group and the control g roup were 83.33% and 70.00%,respectively.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the differen ce was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The HAMA score of the two groups of patients was compared after treatment.After treatment,the score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).In terms of efficacy rate,the effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the effective rate of the control group was 73.33%.The efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of the nitroglycerin cessation rate after treatment between the two groups.The cessation rate of the treatment group was 76.67%,and the control group was 43.33%.After treatment,the cessation rate of nitroglycerin in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Chaihu Shugan Powder can significantly improve the TCM syndromes and anxiety symptoms in patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and cardiothoracic type)with anxiety.2.Chaihu Shugan Powder can effectively reduce the use rate of nitroglycerin in patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation-chest chest type)with anxiety and can relieve patients’ angina symptoms. |
