To Evaluate The Effect Of Chaihu Shugan Powder On The Clinical Effect Of Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease Based On Double Heart Model

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Chai Hu Shu Gan powder in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(with Type A behavior)of coronary heart disease,we can make a beneficial exploration for the psychological intervention of patients with stable angina pectoris with Type A behavior.Method:From March to December 2019,patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with qi stagnation and blood stasis type and Type A behavior were selected as the study medical records.68 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with standardized western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with modified Chaihu Shugan powder on the basis of the control group.The observation period was 4 weeks.The changes of ECG,Type A behavior score,stopping rate of nitroglycerin,curative effect of TCM clinical syndrome and integral of TCM clinical syndrome were observed before and after treatment,and the results were statistically analyzed.Result:1.ECG: after treatment,the total effective rate of ECG was 58.82% in the treatment group and 47.06% in the control group.The change of ECG in the treatment group was slightly higher than that in the control group at the same period,with no significant difference(P>0.05).2.Type A behavior score: after treatment,"TH+CH" score in the treatment group was(27.03±2.21),and in the control group was(38.15±3.79).The "TH+CH" score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group at the same time,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.The stopping rate of nitroglycerin: after treatment,the total effective rate of stopping rate of nitroglycerin after treatment was 79.41% in thetreatment group and 64.71% in the control group.The stopping rate of nitroglycerin in in the treatment group was slightly higher than that in the control group at the same period,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).4.Clinical syndrome effect of traditional Chinese medicine: after treatment,the total effective rate of clinical syndrome effect of traditional Chinese medicine was 85.29% in the treatment group and 61.76% in the control group.The therapeutic effect of clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group was better than that of the control group in the same period,with a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).5.TCM clinical syndrome score: after treatment,the TCM clinical syndrome score of the treatment group was(8.47±2.02),and that of the control group was(10.47±2.22).The TCM clinical syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group at the same time,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Modified Chai Hu Shu Gan powder can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with stable angina and improve the clinical syndromes of patients with traditional Chinese medicine.2.Chai Hu Shu Gan powder can reduce the Type A behavior score of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and has a better intervention effect on the Type A behavior pattern.
