Observation Of The Therapeutic Effect Of Electronic Needle Twisting Instrument On Insomnia With Heart And Spleen Deficiency

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of electronic needle twister on insomnia with heart and spleen deficiency.Methods: Seventy-six patients with heart and spleen and insufficiency type insomnia that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups of 38 cases.The acupuncture points in the two groups were Baihui,Yintang,Shenmen(bilateral),Neiguan(bilateral),Sanyinjiao(bilateral),Anmian(bilateral),Xinyu(bilateral),Piyu(bilateral),and Zusanli(bilateral).The control group was treated with simple needles.For the acupuncture treatment,an electronic needle twister was added to the treatment group on the basis of the control group.The enrolled patients were taken once a day from Monday to Saturday,a total of six times as a course of treatment,with a day of rest in between,for a total of two courses;The changes of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Table 6(PSQI)score and TCM symptom scale score before and after treatment were observed in the two groups,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results: 1.There was no significant difference in gender,age and disease duration between the two groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.The comparison of PSQI scores in the treatment group before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05);the comparison of PSQI scores in the control group before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05);the comparison of the TCM symptom scale scores in the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The comparison of PSQI scores between the two groups after treatment showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in the score of TCM symptom scale between the two groups(P<0.05).4.After the treatment period,the total effective rate of the two groups was compared.The total effective rate of the electronic needle twister group was 86.68%,and the total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 71.05%.The results showed that the electronic needle twister group had better efficacy than the conventional acupuncture group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Acupuncture combined with electronic needle twister and acupuncture alone can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of insomnia patients with heart and spleen deficiency.2.In the evaluation of patients with insomnia on the PSQI scale and the TCM syndrome score scale,the treatment of electronic needle twister is significantly better than simple acupuncture treatment.Especially in sleep duration,daytime dysfunction,sleep efficiency,time to fall asleep,and sleep disorders,it was significantly better than the control group,and there was no significant difference in sleep quality between the two groups(P>0.05);The effect of the two groups of electronic needle twister is stable,safe and reliable,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and the exploration of the mechanism of action.
