| Objective: To study the shear wave elastography(SWE)to assess the effect of hepatitis B liver fibrosis grading factors;To evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of SWE combined with serological indicators for grading hepatic fibrosis in hepatitis B.Methods: patients admitted to shengjing hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected,and the general conditions were registered.Serological and pathological examination results were obtained.2.SWE alone and separately combined with FS/KS/FIB4/APRI/ALT/GGT,the area AUC under the ROC curve was used to compare the diagnostic efficacy of each method in stage ≥S0 to ≥S4 fibrosis.Results:160 patients were included in the study,and the AUC of ≥S0 was 0.714 by SWE alone.Joint FS/KS/ALT/FIB4 APRI/GGT,AUC for 0.730/0.714/0.720/0.730/0.716/0.725;The AUC diagnosed by SWE alone in S≥2 was 0.849 Respectively joint FS/KS/ALT/FIB4 APRI/GGT AUC for 0.856/0.848/0.855/0.852/0.852/0.853;S stage 3 or more separate applications SWE diagnosis AUC 0.937,respectively,the joint FS/KS/ALT/FIB4 APRI/GGT AUC for 0.934/0.936/0.941/0.928/0.937/0.937 respectively;S of 4 separate application SWE diagnosis or AUC is 0.960,respectively,joint FS/KS/ALT/FIB4 APRI/GGT AUC for 0.961/0.981/0.986/0.961/0.991/0.988.In addition,the SWE grade was higher than that in the pathological group,and the degree of pathologic inflammation and cholesterol level were significantly correlated(P<0.05).ALT level was also correlated.The SWE grade was lower than that in the pathological group,and the level of pathologic inflammation /PLT/GGT/KS was significantly correlated(P<0.05),and FS was also correlated.Conclusions: 1.Cholesterol level,level of pathologic inflammation and ALT level were significantly correlated with excessive SWE grading;The degree of pathologic inflammation /PLT/GGT/KS/FS was significantly correlated with the undergrade of SWE.2.SWE combined with serum model has diagnostic value in the diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis of hepatitis B. |
