Background:This study observed the intervention of atorvastatin alone in patients with acute cerebral infarction and carotid plaque by comparing atorvastatin with probucol, and compared the relevant indicators before and after treatment,in order to evaluate the efficacy of combined drugs, and provide guidance for clinical application. Methods:From October 2015 to October 2018,300 patients with acute cerebral infarction and obvious carotid plaque admitted to Changle County People's hospital were selected as the study objects. The basic clinical data(name, gender, age, past medical history, relevant risk factors(smoking, coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, etc.)of the patients were collected, and the conditions(medication, adverse reactions, illness)after discharge were analyzed Changes and NIHSS scores, blood biochemistry(blood glucose, blood lipid, etc.),carotid ultrasound, magnetic resonance angiography(MRA),digital subtraction angiography(DSA)and other relevant data were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group of 150 cases,on the basis of conventional treatment, the control group patients were given rosuvastatin calcium treatment;the experimental group patients were given rosuvastatin calcium combined with probucol Cure. The patients in the two groups were followed up for 6 months. The changes of blood lipid, high sensitive CRP and carotid plaque were observed before and after 6 months. The neurological function, improvement of cerebrovascular stenosis, adverse reactions(digestive tract symptoms, myalgia, liver function, arrhythmia, etc.)and prognosis(aggravation or worsening)were evaluated according to NIHSS score Relapse),and evaluate the efficacy of combined medication. Results:After 6 months of treatment, the changes of each index in the control group and the experimental group were as follows:(1)compared with before and after treatment, the levels of blood lipid and CRP in the two groups decreased, with statistical significance(P < 0.05);after treatment, compared with the control group, the levels of TC and LDL in the experimental group decreased significantly, with statistical significance(P < 0.05),HDL decreased, with no statistical significance(P > 0.05);without CRP The difference was notstatistically significant(P > 0.05).(2)before and after treatment, the length and thickness of carotid plaque in the two groups were significantly smaller than that in the control group(P <0.05);after treatment, the number of patients in the experimental group was significantly smaller than that in the control group(P < 0.05).(3)the NIHSS scores of the two groups before and after treatment were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);after treatment, although the score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).(4)the stenosis degree of MRA in both the control group and the experimental group decreased after treatment.Although the effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, there was no significant difference in the improvement of the stenosis(P >0.05),but there was a change of recanalization in individual patients in the experimental group.(5)there was no significant difference between the two groups(P(29)0.05).Conclusion:1.Rosuvastatin calcium combined with probucol is better than rosuvastatin alone in reducing blood lipid and stabilizing plaque in patients with cerebral infarction. It has stronger effect in preventing atherosclerosis and stabilizing plaque.2.No significant adverse reactions were observed in the patients treated with rosuvastatin calcium and probucol.
