Establishment And Application Of The Risk Pre-warning Ability Evaluation Indicator System Of Operating Room Nurses

ObjectiveThe objective of this paper is to explore the risk warning ability of operating room nurses,preliminarily establish the evaluation index system of risk warning ability for operating room nurses,and set up a self-assessment questionnaire survey on the risk warning ability of operating room nurses according to this evaluation index system,so as to provide a reference for improving the risk warning ability of operating room nurses by analyzing its influencing factors.Method(1)Part ? Establishment of evaluation index system of risk warning ability for operating room nurses.Literature research method and semi-structured interview were used to collect the relevant data of the research topic,and then the draft of evaluation index system of risk warning ability for operating room nurses was preliminarily proposed.Delphi expert consultation method was used to revise and improve the index through two rounds of expert consultation,and an evaluation index system of risk warning ability for operating room nurses was formed.The value of the weight of the first-level index in the capability index system was assigned by the Precedence Chart(PC)method,and then the mean value method and product method are used to calculate the compound weight of the second-level index.According to the evaluation index system of risk warning training ability of operating room nurses,the Self-Assessment Questionnaire of Risk Warning Ability of Operating Room Nurses was prepared to test the reliability.(2)Part ? Investigation on the status quo of risk warning ability of operating room nurses.The operating room nurses of two upper first-class hospitals in Shandong Province were selected and investigated by questionnaire according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria to understand the status quo of risk warning ability of operating room nurses and its influencing factors.Result(1)The established evaluation index system of risk warning ability for operating room nurses includes four first-level indicators,which are nursing risk basis,operating room nursing risk assessment and management,adverse event management,nursing safety and psychological adjustment,with weights of 0.150,0.444,0.245,and 0.161,respectively,and there are 30 second-level indicators.The recovery rate of the questionnaire in two rounds of expert consultation was 100%,indicating that the positivity of experts was high.The authority coefficients(Cr)of experts in the two rounds of expert consultation were 0.865 and 0.888,respectively,which were greater than 0.7,indicating that the authority of experts was high.The Kendall's coefficient(W)of the two rounds of expert consultation was 0.315 and 0.347,respectively(P < 0.001),indicating that the coordination of expert opinions were well.The coefficient of variation(CV)of the two rounds of expert consultation was 0.000 ? 0.295 and 0.000 ? 0.189,respectively,indicating that the opinions of expert were concentrated.(2)Reliability test of the Self-Assessment Questionnaire of Risk Warning Ability of Operating Room Nurses.In the pre-survey analysis,the Cronbach's coefficient(Cronbach's ?)of the questionnaire was 0.942,the test-retest reliability was 0.958 after two weeks,the scale overall content validity(S-CVI)was 0.85,and the item content validity(I-CVI)was distributed between 0.83 and 1.00.The principal component analysis method was used in the exploratory analysis for influencing factors,and the Caesar normal maximum variance method was used in the common factor rotation method.The cumulative variance contribution rate of the first four common factors was 82.629%,and the four common factors corresponded to the first-level index in the questionnaire.(3)The total risk warning ability of operating room nurses is 83.15±15.22,the scores of the following four indexes about the risk warning ability of operating room nurses,namely nursing risk basis,operating room nursing risk assessment and management,adverse event management,nurse safety and psychological adjustment,were 16.15±3.74,38.06±7.65,11.64±2.76,and17.11±3.29,respectively.The professional title of nurse,the operating room type,the position of the nurse and the working years in operating room,are the main influencing factors of the namely nursing risk basis,operating room nursing risk assessment and management,nurse safety and psychological adjustment and risk warning ability of operating room nurses.The professional title of nurse,the operating room type and the position of the nurse are the main influencing factors of the adverse event management.ConclusionThe evaluation index system of risk warning ability for operating room nurses was established,including 4 first-level indexes and 30 second-level indexes.The questionnaire of risk warning ability of operating room nurses developed according to this index system has good reliability and validity and can be used for the evaluation of risk warning ability of operating room nurses.The main factors affecting the risk warning ability of operating room nurses are the professional title of nurse,the operating room type,the position of the nurse and the working years in operating room.
