Objective:This study is to observe the difference of related biochemical indexes between patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN)and non-diabetic nephropathy when they first entered dialysis, and to analyze their correlation. Methods:A total of 99 patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD)undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were enrolled in Cangzhou people's Hospital in 2016.they were divided into DN group and non-diabetic nephropathy group according to diagnosis. The clinical data of the two groups were counted, and the laboratory indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:1.DN group(n = 45)and non-diabetic nephropathy group(n = 54).The primary disease in non-diabetic nephropathy group was mainly polycystic kidney.2.The levels of albumin(Alb),phosphorus(P),parathyroid hormone(PTH),Blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine(Scr)in the DN group were lower than those in the non-diabetic nephropathy group(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of hemoglobin(Hb)and serum calcium(Ca)between the two groups(p>0.05).3.In the DN group, there was a significant negative correlation between PTH and Ca levels(r=-0.541,p=0.0001),there was no significant correlation between PTH and P,and there was no significant correlation between P and Ca.In the non-diabetic nephropathy group, there was a significant negative correlation between the PTH levels and the Ca levels(r=-0.352,p=0.009),there was no significant correlation between PTH and P,but there was a significant negative correlation between the P levels and the Ca levels(r=-0.450,p=0.001).Conclusion:1.The time of entering maintenance hemodialysis in patients with diabetic nephropathy was significantly earlier than that in patients with non-diabetic nephropathy.2.In patients with diabetic nephropathy, the severity of hypoproteinemia is often more severe than that of non-diabetic nephropathy.3.The pathogenesis of DN is complicated. In clinical work,we should pay close attention to patients with DN and enter maintenance hemodialysis treatment as soon as possible.
