Objective To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine on renal function in patients undergoing extracorporeal circu Iation coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods Eighty patients who underwent coronary artery bypass grafting in Tangshan Gongren Hospital,North China University of Science and Technology from June 2014 to June 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group completely random, each 40 cases. The patients in the observation group were Pumping dexmedetomidine of 4 mg/L at 1?g/(kg·h)until the end of the operation;the control group was given 0.9% sodium chloride injection of the same volume at 1 ?g/(kg·h)until the end of the operation.Venous blood was taken before,during,24 h and 48 h after surgery to determine the concentrations of blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),and cystatin C(Cys C),and the amount of urine were recorded intraoperatively and 24 h after surgery.Intergroup comparison. Results The levels of Scr and Cys C at 24 h after operation and BUN at 24 h and 48 h after operation in 2 groups increased significantly than preoperative, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the range of BUN,Scr and Cys C increased significantly in the observation group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in urine volume between the two groups during and 24 h after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine can effectively reduce intraoperative and postoperative renal injury in patients undergoing extracorporeal circu Iation coronary artery bypass grafting, and has a certain protective effect on the kidney.Figure10;Table6;Reference 111...
