Objective:To analysis the hepatic inadequacy after operation of coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) with extracorporeal circulation, know the occurrence regulation and characteristic of liver function damage after the surgery. Methods:We selected total 248 patients who form Taida international cardiovascular hospital simplicity taked by CABG undergoning cardiopulmonary bypass during January 2009 to November2009.Collected related factor from these case, with different bio-chemical index of liver function as different standard. Univarite analysis was performed to those related factor, and sieved to meaningful measure to carry on logistic regression analysis. At last, combined statistics analysis of these result and clinical comprehensive analysis to get conclusion.Result:With ALT>40IU/L is standard, logistic analysis show as a result:Age, mind proportion, the high blood pressure degree, the score of heart shooting blood as the risk factor of liver function damage(P<0.05). With AST>40IU/L is standard, logistic analysis show as a result:CPB time, the aortic clamped time, the urine quantity of CPB and the quantity of cell saver as the risk factor of liver function damage(P<0.05).With TBIL>22 IU/L is standard, logistic analysis show as a result: High blood pressure degree, TBIL before operation, the urine quantity of CPB and the quantity of red cell used by extracorporeal circulation as the risk factor of liver function damage(P<0.05).With DBIL>5.9 IU/L is standard, logistic analysis show as a result:The mind proportion, the high blood pressure degree, ALT and DBILand TBIL before operation and the quantity of red cell used by extracorporeal circulation as the risk factor of liver function damage(P<0.05).With ALB<30g/L is standard, logistic analysis show as a result:Heart function ratings, the degree of the fatty liver, AST and ALB and GLO before operation and the intubation time as the risk factor of liver function damage(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combine statistics analysis of result with different standard and clinical comprehensive analysis to get conclusion:the age, the objective index of the heart function and liver function before operation, CPB time, the aortic clamped time, haemorrhage, blood transfusion, and the intubation time, are important risk factors of liver function damage after operation.Multiple risk factors lead to liver damage after cardiopulmonary bypass surgery.
