significance of pulse characteristics.The differences of the tongue and pulse conditions of RA combined with coronary heart disease in different ranges of laboratory indicators are compared in order to provide practical guidance for the clinical diagnosis of RA combined with coronary heart disease and the prevention and treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods The study subjects were inpatients in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Rheumatology and Immunology)of Bethune International Peace Hospital and outpatients of the Second Department of Cardiology,Shijiazhuang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during 2019.A total of 120 patients were selected according to the diagnostic criteria of RA and coronary heart disease.There were 60 cases in the heart disease group and 60 cases in the RA group.According to the principle of matching gender and age,a healthy control group of 60 cases were selected in the physical examination centers of Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Bethune International Peace Hospital.Test the tongue and pulse conditions of the three groups,and test the blood lipids,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,D-dimer,rheumatoid factor,highsensitivity C-reactive protein,homocysteine,and anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies in the RA combined with coronary heart disease
