Study On The Objective Characteristics Of Tongue Picture Of Different Syndromes Of Coronary Heart Disease In Changsha Area

Objective:This paper intends to collect the image parameters of tongue image by tongue diagnostic instrument to explore the characteristics of objective parameters of tongue diagnosis for coronary heart disease with phlegm blocking heart pulse syndrome,phlegm-blood stasis syndrome and phlegm-heat stasis syndrome,so as to provide objective basis for clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods:In this paper,Tongue diagnostic image parameters of 251 patients with coronary heart disease and 50 healthy people were collected by TFDA-1 Tongue Surface Diagnostic Instrument.Four color spaces of RGB,HSI,Lab,YCr Cb and thickness indexes of perall and perpart were selected.Tongue image characteristics of coronary heart disease with phlegm blocking heart pulse syndrome,phlegm and blood stasis mutual accumulation syndrome and phlegm-heat and blood stasis blocking syndrome were analyzed by comparing tongue images of each syndrome type group of coronary heart disease and healthy people group.Results:1.251 cases of coronary heart disease,115 cases were male(accounting for 45.8%)and 136 cases were female(accounting for 54.2%).there was no significant difference in the ratio of male to female and the distribution of gender syndromes(p>0.05).2.The age distribution of patients is between 20 and 85 years old,and the highest prevalence rate is between 71 and 80 years old,accounting for42.5% of the total number of cases.The second is between 61 and 70 years old,accounting for 30.6% of the total number of cases,and the lowest is between 20 and40 years old,accounting for 1.6% of the total number of cases.3.the distribution of syndrome types in different age groups and different course of disease had no statistical significance(p>0.05).4.Among the top three types of syndromes,97 cases(38.6%)were phlegm-heat and blood stasis syndrome,40 cases(15.9%)were phlegm-blood stasis syndrome,and 37 cases(14.7%)were phlegm-heat and blood stasis syndrome.Among them,the syndrome of heart blood stasis,qi deficiency and blood stasis,qi stagnation and blood stasis,and deficiency of both qi and yin are less than normal.5.compared with the normal group,the characteristic parameters of tongue manifestation of phlegm obstructing heart and pulse syndrome are as follows:the color parameter of tongue zhi G is significantly increased(P<0.05),zhi Clr La and zhi Clr Cr are significantly decreased(P < 0.05);The color parameter tai G of tongue coating was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the thickness parameter per All of tongue coating was significantly increased(P<0.05).It is suggested that the tongue color of phlegm obstructing the heart and pulse syndrome is bluer and darker than that of normal people,and the tongue coating color is bluer and thicker.The tongue is smooth with moss.The characteristic parameters of tongue manifestation in phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group are as follows: the color of tongue zhi G is significantly increased,while zhi Clr R,zhi Clr La,zhi Clr Cr are significantly decreased(P<0.05).The colors tai Clr La and tai Clr Cr of tongue coating decreased significantly(P < 0.05),and the thickness parameter per All of tongue coating increased significantly(P < 0.05).It is suggested that the tongue color of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group is bluer than that of normal people,the tongue coating color is bluish gray with yellow,and the tongue coating is thicker.It shows dark purple tongue with pale yellow fur.The characteristic parameters of tongue manifestation in phlegm-heat stasis syndrome group are as follows: the color of tongue zhi G and zhi Clr H are significantly increased(P < 0.05),while zhi R,zhi Clr S,zhi Clr La and zhi Clr Cr are significantly decreased(P< 0.05).Tongue coating color tai G increased significantly(P<0.05),tai Clr La,tai Clr Cb decreased significantly(P<0.05),per Allincreased significantly(P<0.05).It is suggested that the tongue color of phlegm-heat stasis syndrome group is bluer than that of normal people,with higher hue,lower color saturation,greenish yellow tongue coating and thicker tongue coating.It shows purple tongue with yellow greasy fur.Compared with three types of coronary heart disease,tai Clr Cb of phlegm-heat stasis syndrome is significantly smaller than that of phlegm-blood stasis syndrome(P<0.05).There was no significant difference among the other three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.There is no significant difference in the distribution of coronary heart disease syndromes by sex,age and course of disease.2.The TCM syndrome types of patients with coronary heart disease are mainly phlegm-heat and blood stasis,phlegm-blood stasis and phlegm-blood stasis,and phlegm-heart and pulse obstruction.Heart blood stasis,qi deficiency and blood stasis,qi stagnation and blood stasis,and qi-yin deficiency are relatively rare.3.Analysis shows that tongue diagnostic instrument,as a simple and non-invasive auxiliary diagnostic instrument of traditional Chinese medicine,can provide objective basis for clinical diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of coronary heart disease.Its color parameters zhi R,zhi G,zhi Clr R,zhi Clr H,ZHICCLRS,zhi Clr La,zhi Clr Cr,and tongue coating parameters tai G,tai Clr La,tai Clr Cr,tai Clr Cb.Thickness parameter per All can be used to describe the objective characteristics of tongue manifestation of coronary heart disease phlegm obstructing heart pulse syndrome,phlegm-heat stasis syndrome and phlegm-blood stasis syndrome to some extent.
