The Clinical Research Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy Treated By The Way Of Invigorating Spleen And Nourishing Kidney, Removing Turbid And Restoring Collateral

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the way of Invigorating spleen and Nourishing kidney, Removing turbid and Restoring collateral in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy, and explore its functional mechanism in order to provide a new way for the treatment of the early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:This study included 46 patients with early diabetic nephropathy. They were further divided into two subgroups randomly, and treated with regular modern medicine all. Besides the normal treatment, the treatment group(24) was added the decoction. Eight weeks later, the changes of clinical symptom and laboratory index were examined.Result:1. The total effect of the treatment group is 91.7%, and the contrast group is 63.6%. There is a significant diference (P<0.05).2. The two groups all can alleviate clinical symptoms; reduce FPG,2hPG, urine protein, urineβ2-MG; melioration blood lipids, blood rheology, etc. However, the effect of the treatment group is much better than the control group at meliorating clinical symptoms, decreasing urinary protein, improving blood rheology, lowering triglycerides(P<0.05或P<0.01).Conclusion:The effect of the treatment group is much better than the control group in many respects. The results suggest that the method of Invigorating spleen and Nourishing kidney, Removing turbid and Restoring collateral can delay the occurrence and development of early diabetic nephropathy. The conclusion founds the basement to further diabetic research.
