Traditional Chinese medicine is playing important roles in the treatment of diseases and human health care throughout the world,the safety of traditional Chinese medicine is of concern worldwide.Therefore,the detection method of harmful substances in Chinese medicine is very important.However,the current detection method takes a long time,consumes a large amount of organic reagents,and is harmful to the environment.In this paper,we established a green and new extraction and concentration method for detecting harmful substances in traditional Chinese medicine.The main research contents are as follows:1. Dispersive micro-solid phase extraction using deep eutectic solvent micro-functionalized graphene as the adsorbent was developed,and quantified by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography equipped with a diode array detection.This method was verified under the selected conditions with the precision for retention time ranging from 0.43 to 0.57%,the repeatability ranged from 0.04 to2.41%for peak area and the recovery in the range of 80.9-114.1%.The new adsorbent increased the stability and reliability of experimental results,moreover,the microextraction method greatly reduced the use of organic reagents and it was low-consumption and environmental friendly.2. An on-line complexation combined with stacking method in capillary electrophoresis was developed for the determination of organic mercury compounds in traditional Chinese medicine Kunbu.After researching the main influencing factors such as the type and concentration of complexing agent,separation voltage and buffer concentration,under the optimized conditions,the precision and repeatability were in the range of 0.16-3.31%and 0.17-1.21%,respectively,and the spiked recovery was75.68-114.76%.Compared with off-line method,this developed method had the advantages of simple operation,cost-effectiveness,stability and reliability.3. An on-line complexion combined with micelle to solvent stacking method in capillary electrophoresis was proposed for the simultaneous determination of diverse metal ions in Dendrobium ofcinale samples by diode array detection.Under optimal conditions,the repeatability of Ni2+,Co2+,Cu2+,Hg2+and Cd2+was ranged from1.89%to 1.94%for the migration time,the detection limit was 2.66-27.9 ng/m L.In addition,the developed method had the advantages of wide application range,resource saving,environmental friendliness and significant concentration effect.
