The herbal medicines have complex components, low pesticide residues which are belonged to ultra-trace extraction. Hereinto, that the distillation, the separation, the purification and the enrichment disturbed the assaying of the amount of the pesticide residues. With the large-scale development of industry, the environment pollution is increasing serious, chemical fertilizers and pesticides are improper use, which could exceed the allow level of pesticide residues in herbal medicines, it would influence the quality of herbal medicines and medicine safety. At the same time, it is high technology barracks for our country to export herbal medicine, which would be strict in our pesticide residues standard and making a new step in aspect of determination method. Therefore, it would strengthen the research on the herbal medicine in a short time. In this article, it is researched the mensuration of the Organochlorine and the Carbamate Pesticide residues, summed up the analysis method of the distillation, the separation and the refine.In this article, it is mainly stated these aspects, as following:1. The choice of the pesticide residues and the herbal medicines. As an important during OCPs, the Organochlorine pesticide residues is forbidden to use, but since most of them have the domino offect of"three lead"and the inherited toxicity, not easy to and metabolize, to now it is broadly existed in the medium and the buildup and the apparatus of the propagation and the human being all over the world. It is a global problem. The amount of the carbamate pesticide is small, and the pesticide is steady to light and is safe to mammal. It belongs to the high effect low toxicity pesticide, but the large use of the pesticide leads to pollute the surroundings seriously and destroy the balance of the zoology. Thus it is harm of the health of the human being. To the upwards, in this article it chose the pesticide, such as, 666, DDT, fenvalerate, lambda-cyhlothrin, deltamethrin. In this article, it chose the Panax and the Platycodon glaucus Nak in representatives. Because these samples have higher mount of sugar, being certain representative in the detection of the pesticide residues.2. The sample is extracted by n-hexane-acetone (90+10) Solid Phase Extraction using ultrasonic method, then purified by the Florisil, afterward used the EC-20 quartz elastic capillary to separate and GC-ECD to detect the residual mounts of the 11 kinds of the Organochlorine and the Carbamate pesticides.3. The linearity of these 11 kinds of pesticides is better, the relative modulus is more than 0.995, in the range of the concentration 0.01 mg/ L~0.25 mg/ L. The lowest detective limit is 10-13~10-14g of the instrument. The lowest detective limit is 0.13~2.88μg/kg in this method. The average callback yield is 87.3~100.3 percent with the standard material added, the RSD is 0.018~4.75 percent, which satisfied the technology analysis of pesticide residues.This method overcomes the disadvantage of the low yield of the object compounds, the low precision, cannot measuring multi-pesticide residues and so on. This method is handy, sensitive, exact and low-cost, high reliability. The detection can be completed in 45 minutes with broadly using future.
